Hi Paul. It seems you are doing the right things already.

Remember to target both low and high competition keywords - and focus on both short and long tailed keywords. Use good synonyms. fix <-> repair, PC <-> computer. Dont target too narrow. use Google Keyword Tool to find good keywords.

And, yes i would be that guy sharing a link to a page that saved my day by fixing my harddrive. I would comment and ask questions i stumbled upon on of your videos, when searching for someone or something to help me fix my problem.

Try taking a look at good performing local repair shops in ie Manchester. What have they done. From who have they acquired good links etc.

It seem as if Rogerbot doesn't read and comply with robots.txt - and sometimes ignore "nofollow noindex". For about a month i have had issues with an extreme high amount of errors and warnings, that i already dealt with.

Im still waiting for Seomoz to fix it. I think they are working on it. But i dont know.

Hi Joel Sorry if I didn't make myself clear in my first post. I'll try to explain differently: In the Twitter page you write: "you can add up to three additional accounts to compare. I can only successfully add one if I add a second it at first seems correctly added, but no data will show. The icon will remain white and the tracking will not reflect the tweets made by the account. Have a nice weekend. It Sunday here - just past midnight

I've done just that a couple of times now? You guys tend to give me the "everything is great"-reply and that just doesn't do it for me. I have, at time of typing, 5 unsolved issues with seomoz: 1) I can't add more than one twitter account to compare against. 2) Seomoz is not reading/understanding my robots.txt 3) Seomoz is crawling pages with "nofollow noindex"-tags. 4) The last two weeks ranking report is identical. If I gain +6 on a term two weeks in a row, I cannot keep being #32 on that term, right? 5) crawling of my campaigns are inaccurate and sometimes it returns with just 1 page crawled. I think I had the "perhaps your site was down"-email a couple of times now. 6) Video-results not showing correctly Could you guys stop guessing and tell me what is wrong? You think my server was down? You think I can add more twitter accounts? You think my robots.txt might be corrupted ... Try proving something. Show me! Send me a screenshot, a snippet from your log. I'm running out of excuses to keep paying for faulty seomoz.org. And it is sad, because I love the tools if they work like they are supposed to. But you guys are so busy closing threads with questions about your faulty product , that you don't have time to fix the issues you should be focusing on.

Hi Joel To me it looks like I have only one extra twitter account added per campaign to compare against. Vingresor on one and ApolloRejserDK on the other Why is this thread marked as answered? I somehow thought I was to decide that, when I was the one who raised the question? - and no, my problem has not been solved. I cannot add more than one account to compare against under twitter. If I add more than one, they are showing as empty accounts that do not make tweets on twitter. Account seem added, but they show up without an icon and their tweets never show on the graph. So yet another error on seomoz. I love your tools, but they never work. I'm running out of excuses to keep this account alive. I think I have 5 open cases that you have marked as "answered", but yet they all seem unresolved. Replying "Yes it works" doesnt fix things. If I identify a problem and spent time writing you about it, there might be a reason and something might be wrong. Could you send me a screenshot of you findings proving me wrong? I tried to send you a recap of my problems to help@seomoz.org just yesterday.

I can only add one twitter account to compare with? Even though the text on page says:

"Track and compare Twitter accounts

Add up to three additional Twitter accounts to compare performance. Only public metrics will be tracked, so you won’t need to validate these accounts."

Why is this thread marked as "answered"? Yes, there is an answer - but still no fix or solution. It seems to me that you guys are working to close open threads about problems. You should spent more time fixing things instead! And if we write about the problems with seomoz.org here, we also serve others customers with similar problems.

The SERP refers to a URL on my domain. But i think the video is embedded on my page, but streamed from a subdomain or other domain (www.spies.dk)

This is #3 on SERP: www.spies.dk/de-kanariske-oer/gran-canaria

But in the ranking tool of seomoz i show as #15 in SERP with the same page: www.spies.dk/de-kanariske-oer/gran-canaria

Something happend when i the videoresult showed up:

It seems that my keywords that lead to videoresults in SERP, is not being ranked on Seomoz!

How come when i rank #3 on a certain keyword with a videoresult Seomoz is displaying me as #15 (which is the second of my pages in SERP)?

What is the reason for not counting the video-result in the ranking-tool?

It is normal (common) that forum users are given different "titles" as of how often they post or if their posts are rated as usefull. Sometimes a user is granted a link in their signature when they recieve a certain level.

If you had a forum/blog and some guy wrote "Hi guys. Great blog/form. Remember to visit www.spies.dk". Would you visit/reply or just delete the post?

It is actually kind of nice to realize you need to do stuff on your own

The same thing happend to me two weeks ago. I wrote Seomoz a private mail.

Nothing changed yet, though ... Reconsidering my membership.
