Domain Authority and PageRank Aren't Meshing
Wow, you have a LOT of spam in your backlinks. Have you done a disavow or had a penalty with this site? I think Peter adequately answered your question - PageRank isn't an accurate measure of anything - but keep in mind that DA & PA can be manipulated as well ... with a backlink profile like yours you will probably see a higher DA than you "deserve" because DA doesn't really take spam into account nearly as much as Google does.

Google crawling but not indexing for no apparent reason
Alan, I'm sure this goes without saying but please make sure there are 301 redirects from the http version to the HTTPS version otherwise your gonna have one hell of an organic traffic decline.

Thanks. Great feedback. Good to hear some are getting listed. Does anyone know an editor -- what's the time commitment -- has it been a good experience?

What if meta description tag comes before meta title tag? Do the search engines disregard or penalize if the order is not title then description in the HTML?
Hi Mark, That's an interesting statement about the keywords tag being more important than the robot tags. Google has said they totally ignore meta keywords. Can you provide a little more information about the source of this information?

Why would meta description text get added to the meta HTTP-EQUIV tag?
I would insist on a typical description tag. That may work, but I, and you, know the typical description tag works. If someone has a new way of doing something that changes something you know works, you should play it safe unless there is a clear gain.

Have a client that migrated their site; went live with noindex/nofollow and for last two SEOMoz crawls only getting one page crawled. In contrast, G.A. is crawling all pages. Just wait?
Okay I just did a test crawl with 'Screaming Frog' SEO spider - no issues Robots.txt - not blocking it. Headers - not blocking them. Therefore definitely look at Keri's post as it's something SEOmoz's end, so check out that thread for some possible answers
