Interesting spam: Wikipedia trackbacks
This is by far the most likely explanation as far as I can see. Thanks for checking it out Takeshi!!

Experiences with ReachLocal?
They did in fact mirror our sites. Anyone who will be using them needs to ensure that before the campaign rolls out you implement Rel Canonical tags on your pages. Then ask them to no-index their mirrored copy of your site.

Youtube SEO: Does your channel name / user name matter?
Thanks for the reply Jane! It actually does have a fair amount of history, created in Oct 2008. I'm still on the fence having a hard time weighing the pros and cons. On the one hand you can set the H1 tag to be whatever you want, but the username changes your page title and the anchor tag text on all your site actions. I'm starting to lean towards 'create a new channel'.

How would one get on the Huff Po's "Around the Web" list?
While I can't say for certain (and Google searches were completely unhelpful), I'd bet that these links come from partnership / content share deals that HuffPo (or AOL) has made with the sources that show up in those links.

Limits to 301 in htaccess?
Ryan, as long as you don't use more then 1 redirect per page not one browser will coze problems. I had a problem with htaccess once beceause i redirected more then 1 variation of a page to the same new page and that generated errors in Safari, Mozilla and Chrome but not IE 8.x.. You should be fine for now.

How do you check your KW rankings?
I use several tools for rank tracking: 1. CuteRank - Simple and easy to use keyword rank checker and best of all, it's free. http://cuterank.net/ 2. Market Samurai - Great software for keyword research and includes a keyword rank checker. http://www.marketsamurai.com/ 3. SEMRush.com - I don't really use this site for keeping track of my keyword rankings over time, but it is invaluable for discovering new keyword opportunities since you can see all the keywords your site and your competitors' sites rank for. One way it helped me is that on one of my sites, I discovered that a random PDF was ranking #1 for a popular keyword but since I was only using Google Analytics to track my website visitors, I had no idea the PDF was getting any traffic. So I redirected the PDF to an actual page with the GA tracking code, website navigation and a contact form in order to convert some of those visitors in potential customers.

Too many links on your blog?
I'm curious about this as well. My site which is just a blog currently has a warning of 200 or more links. Since it's a blog is this ok? On average, I have about 5 - 6 links per post. I think SEOMOZ crawler is counting everything as one page which is where it's pulling it's 200+ from.

How would you fix this site?
Hi, Just a few things to start... Use your name ... IAC is not automatically known to the world and since your name includes what you do, I would lose the abbreviation in most instances and take advantage of the value inherent in your name. rename your page files using targeted keyword phrase for each page follow the advice Daniel posted Hope that helps
