RE: Import Keywords from 1 campaign to another
Hello Reena,
Happy Monday! This is Abe from the SEOmoz Help Team. While there are several ways to copy and paste the keywords over, I will give you my recommendation.
1- Open the keyword rankings page with all of your keywords that you would like to copy.
2-Click on Add/Manage keywords button
3-Drag over all of them and right click->copy
4- Paste the keywords stacked on top of each other in an excel sheet (repeat for each page of keywords)
5- Copy the entire column in excel with every keyword
6- Open new campaign that you want these keywords in
7-Go to Rankings and then Click Add/Manage Keywords button
8-Paste the keywords all at once into the Add Keywords to Your Campaign box
This will do it
Let me know if you need anything else. I hope this helps! -
RE: Problem crawling a website with age verification page.
Hello Catalin,
Our crawler will not be able to get past an age verification page. You will need to find or unlock a subfolder or subdomain to bypass this if you would like our crawlers to be able to get through. Luckily, Google's crawlers are a bit more thorough a will be able to index your site properly. We are hoping to add this ability soon and I hope you can find a way for us to get through in the meantime.

RE: Campaign Keyword Overview?
Hello Kevin,
Thanks a ton for writing in! I can absolutely see how getting information for a full set of keywords would be very a useful thing to have. Right now this is not a feature that we include, but I would love to point you to our feature request forum. We really appreciate feedback and feature requests; they help us decide what parts of our software development to prioritize. Here's the feature request forum we use to collect ideas:
http://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests
You can vote for features you'd like to see and suggest your own, both of which help our product team in deciding what to build next. Add your request there and hopefully we'll see it come to fruition sometime down the line. Thanks again, and best of luck with your SEO!
Have a great day,
Abe -
RE: Find 404 errors
This would be a great addition to our web tools! Thanks so much for the suggestions. I can absolutely see how valuable this would be.
Must suggestion would be posting this as a feature suggestion. Here's the feature request forum we use to collect ideas:
http://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests
The teams at SEOmoz pay close attention to these requests and we make additions and updates to our tools often based on submissions just like these. I hope this will help.

RE: Open Site Explorer and Escaped Fragments
Thank you so much for reaching out to us, Ryan!
This question is a bit intricate. With AJAX content like this, I know Google's Full Specifications https://developers.google.com/webmasters/ajax-crawling/docs/specification indicate that the #! and ?escaped_fragment= technique works for their crawlers. However, our system is a bit picky and isn't robust enough yet to use only the sitemap as the reference in this case. Luckily, one of our wonderful users came up with a solution using pushState() method. Click here: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/create-crawlable-link-friendly-ajax-websites-using-pushstate to find out how to create crawl-able content using pushState . This should help OSE capture AJAX content. Let me know if this information works for you!
I hope this helps

RE: Ranking report and language
Thanks for reaching out to us! We don't account for the browser in most cases. We will give information in our reports for the term as it stands for google.it universally, not based your actual location.

Hello Dino,
The tool went live a few hours ago. In order to dig into the issue with inconsistent results that you continue to see, the ideal means of communication would be a direct email with more info sent directly to help@seomoz.org. If you ask for Abe directly, I will be able to answer this directly.

RE: Rankings Report Tool
Hello, Abe here with SEOmoz Help Team. I definitely understand the concern here, we are doing our best to catch up on the delayed Rankings. A small portion of our members were effected by this delay and we are doing everything we can to make sure this doesn't take place again (including physically adding faster servers). All rankings have been requeued and should be populating soon.
If the Rank Tracker is what you are looking for , here is a link the the beta version of our new tool coming out shortly. This tool should be functional right now: http://ranktrackerlb.seomoz.org

RE: Do links from twitter count in SEOMoz's Toolbar link count?
This is correct, Social Media metrics and links are not included in that number you are seeing in the SERP overlay.

RE: Viewing past campaign reports
Hello Gina,
Thanks for reaching out to us! This is a great question.
If you set things up in this fashion, then this information would be obtainable moving forward:
-Go to the Reports tab and create customized monthly and weekly reports. Moving forward, SEOmoz will email and store these reports for you weekly or monthly based on your preference. You can return to the reports section and review these at any time.
-Also, make sure you have Google Analytics properly set up. Google Analytics has very valuable information like this that you can compare to previous versions of the reports.
I hope this info helps!

RE: Competitive Analysis Problem
It looks like your current set up is smart- the domain authority wont change regardless of www since that is a subdomain. Also, the rel canonical redirection strategy would not be as effective as a 301 redirect in most cases.

RE: SEOMoz deleting keywords in bulk
Hello!
Great question. Yes, you can in fact delete keywords in bulk. Go to Rankings-> Manage Keywords-> Check Mark every keyword you would like to delete and click "Delete Keywords".
I hope this helps!

We are working hard every day to make sure this tool is awesome.

RE: SEOMoz On-Page Report Card
Hello! Great question. Although our carefully planned algorithm for our On Page Reports have not changed, we do try to keep up with the times and make adjustments as Google changes the way they prioritize their Rankings. We will always maintain best practices and plan to continue this way. I hope this answers your question today
