RE: Moz Email notice problems
Hello and thank you for the heads up! We have discovered these issues this week and our engineers are currently working on a fix. I truly apologize for the inconvenience. I will update you as soon as the fix is pushed out. Fingers crossed we can fix this quickly. RE: Moz campaign works around my robots.txt settings
Hello Vince, thank you for reaching out to us! This seems quite odd, our crawler usually obeys all robots.txt files. Let's try this. Add this code to your robots.txt:
Useragent: Rogerbot
Disallow: /
This should specifically instruct us to follow these rules. Once you have tried this, if it does not work, please send an email to help@moz.com and we will have our engineers dig in a bit further. Sorry for the inconvenience, I hope the above fix works for you.

RE: Track more keywords
Hello and thank you for reaching out to us. This is Abe from the Moz Help Team. You do have the option of increasing your Keyword allowance by upping your subscription level. Here are the tiers: http://www.screencast.com/t/nbdfiktUJ76R Pro is $99/m, Pro Plus is $199/m and Elite $499/m. We do not have a customizable keyword allowance for any of our tiers quite yet. We hope to add this in the near future.

RE: Is there any way to get historical API data?
Hello Neil! Thanks for reaching out to us. Right now our API does not have the ability to pull historical data. The post you mentioned that Pro members could access historical data, meaning they can use the Moz Pro tools to view historical data, not necessarily the API. We apologize for the confusion. The good news is that we are hoping to add this functionality to our API in the near future. The ability to pull historical data with the API is absolutely in the works. While we do not have an ETA, you can absolutely expect this soon. Sorry for the confusing verbiage in this post. I will make sure that we adjust this to better reflect our current functionality.

RE: Wher is the API id and key? I tried generating it several times but I get nothing...?
Thank you for the heads up! This process is now up and running again. Please try again and write help@moz.com if you are not able to generate your credentials.

RE: I have 3500 pages crawled by Google, - why is SEOMOZ only able to crawl 400 of these ?
Hello Soren and thanks for writing us! It appears that your robots.txt is blocking quite a few folders and I am guessing that this could be part of the reason. If you can email us at help@seomoz.org with a couple examples of pages you are missing from your crawls, we would love to create a support ticket and dig in a bit further.

RE: Ranking Report
Hello and thank's for reaching out to us! This is Abe on the SEOmoz Help team. It appears as if those sites have not been indexed yet by Open Site Explorer, meaning we have not captured that sites information yet or they could be blocking us from finding them. This would be why you are seeing "no data".
We try to capture as much information as possible with every update but there are absolutely sites we have not pulled in yet. With our next update, you have a chance of this information updating. Here is the calendar that shows our Linksapace update schedule: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/345964-Linkscape-Update-Schedule (the next is set for June 12th).
I hope this information helps.

RE: Why seomoz crawler does not see my snapshot?
This question is a bit intricate. With AJAX content like this, I know Google's Full Specifications https://developers.google.com/webmasters/ajax-crawling/docs/specification indicate that the #! and ?escaped_fragment= technique works for their crawlers. However, Roger is a bit picky and isn't robust enough yet to use only the sitemap as the reference in this case. Luckily, one of our wonderful users came up with a solution using pushState() method. Click here: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/create-crawlable-link-friendly-ajax-websites-using-pushstate to find out how to create crawl-able content using pushState . This should help SEOmoz crawler read AJAX content. Let me know if this information works for you!

RE: Crawl Diagnostics: Next crawl date is in the past
Hello Brandon!
Thanks for the heads up. I have seen this happen a few times in the past when the account was temporarily suspended because of payment method changes. Our engineers can likely update this for you in the back end. The best step would be to create a ticket with our help team by emailing this issue to help@seomoz.org. Ask for Abe in the subject line and include the login email and campaign name in the content window. I'll have them take a look at this as soon as possible

RE: Keywords with a city suffix
That is a great question! We do not display or have a way to display location based info, only universal organic results. We do, however, hope to add this functionality in the near future.

RE: Can I create a sterile SEOmoz login for a new SEO guy in my company?
Hello James,
Abe here with the SEOmoz Help Team. Unfortunately, we do not have login admin privilege options. The good news is that this is one of our top feature requests so I am certain that this will be implemented in the very near future. Sorry for any inconveniences, we are hoping to improve this soon!

RE: Site Explorer shows links as followable but they have nofollow tags
Hello Steve!
I'd love to help. My first question would be, when were these nofollows added to this html? If they were added recently, our update may not have caught them..

RE: Getting warning message when attach facebook account with my campaign
Hello and thank you for reaching out to us,
Sorry for the hassle, this would be a Facebook authorization issue. If you check your privacy settings you may be able to fix this pretty quickly. I've heard a few members that had this issue and it went away on its own. If you can check the Facebook Settings for authorizing SEOmoz in your privacy settings and this still isn't working, please submit this issue to help@seomoz.org so that i can notify our engineers. Again, thanks for the heads up, I do hope that this is easy to fix.

RE: Local search results reporting
Hello Brian,
In the current SEOmoz web app, this functionality is not yet available. We are hoping to incorporate local results in the near future. We have had several feature requests for this data so I know that this request is near the top of the list.

RE: How can I remove on-page reports from the Summary page?
Hello Carolina,
Thanks for reaching out to us! That is a great question. To remove an On-page Report from the Summary page, all you need to do is click on the report name from the Summary page. From that Report Card page, click on the "Stop Running Weekly" button (you can see this here: http://www.screencast.com/t/apws6fGjkexN).
This is the best way to remove an On-Page report- I hope this helps!

RE: Why is my crawl taking so long?

RE: Why cant i connect to my Facebook account?
Hello Scott! That is a great question. To add the Facebook account, you need to be an admin on the FB account and you have to have 2 or more likes. If it is still not letting you add your Facebook profile, please message us at help@seomoz.org and we can investigate this further to make sure there isn't anything blocking you on our end.
Hope this helps!

RE: Open Site Explorer Link Metrics
Thanks for reaching out to us- this is Abe from the SEOmoz help team. Even though this export feature is not currently available in Opensiteexplorer, you can export this exact information from the Link Analysis link in the SEOmoz PRO Web App. This would be a great addition to OSE, I do agree. I would recommend sending a feature request so we can hopefully implement this export option within OSE in the future: http://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests
I hope this helps!

RE: Only crawling one page...still don't get why.
Hello Darrell,
Thanks for writing in- this is a great question! To get the proper results , you will need to start a root domain campaign with the address: expertliposuction.com. Due to the current redirect setup that your site has, our crawlers won't have much luck with the www. subdomain campaign that you currently have in place. Luckily, you can copy and paste the keywords over from the old campaign and you should start getting the correct results every week once you have this root domain campaign set up.
I hope this helps!
