answer:
I checked your page with "Xenu", there are a few 404 Links (mostly design gif's/css like this wp-content/themes/CHC/css/template_css.css) your internal links seem to be correct (200), the sitemap is correct too. So only external links (backlinks) can be the reason for the links, or an former sitemap.Check where the google WMT thinks the url's where linked from (in crawl error section) - I would bet you can mark them all as "solved"
thats not the answer:
dont fetch:_ http://www.cancerhealercenter.com/blogs/the-next-big-thing-immunotherapy/_ as google, just fetch: blogs/the-next-big-thing-immunotherapy/ - the domain is added automaticly, included the "/" at the end. -
Hi Ravi,
you already get answer from Andreas & I also would like to tell you that don't bother if you got few 404 error from such URL but from next time do as Andreas suggested.
Thanks

Hi Ravi,
My personal guess is that you have made an error while linking to that page (from somewhere). Unfortunately I have experienced this issue myself, one of my colleagues inserted an incorrect url as link: for example: [http:_/_www.example.com/example-page">example](<span style=) Instead using the correct version which is: **http://**www.example.com/example-page.
Then while checking the 404 erros in GWT I have seen the error and corrected it.
If you would like to resolve this kind of issues, you can make a quick Screaming Frog crawl of your website, then check the response codes, filter out the Client Errors (4xx). Click on a line, and at the bottom check for the Inlinks tab. (you can see the 404 http status code source urls, and correct them there).
I hope it helped, Keszi
