Bulk Keyword Tools
I read this one a little fast last night. I missed the qualification 'and accurate'. Keyword Planner might not be what you're looking for. But you can get a lot of spreadsheet rows populated, fast. XD

Accessing and Displaying Google Reviews (Url and Structured Data Markup)
Hi Mark, I don't know a ton about product reviews beyond the concept of them existing within Google Shopping. See: http://adwords.blogspot.com/2014/07/helping-shoppers-decide-with-product.html This is completely different than local business reviews, which are loosely associated with G+ Local pages and appear in the Local packs of results. If you wish to re-purpose local business reviews from various platforms (Google+ Local, TrueLocal, Linkedin, etc. as you mentioned) you will need to research their policies to discover whether they permit re-use of their content on your website. I've linked to a Mike Blumenthal post, above, that fully explains Google's policy, but you would need to research the policies of any other platforms to see if they permit re-publication on your website. In addition to this, some other sources will also show in-SERPs review stars in Google's organic results. Facebook is an example of this: http://www.localvisibilitysystem.com/2015/06/29/facebook-reviews-now-get-you-rich-snippet-review-stars-in-the-local-search-results/ Hope this helps!

Why is Open Site Explorer Showing me Spammy Links That I Already Removed?
Hi, It takes time for OSE to keep spidering sites so if you are seeing something from a couple of months ago, but the link has gone, then you don't need to do anything else. It will get back round to spidering those sites again and will update. However, if you are concerned that links on spammy sites keep reappearing, then you would do well to disavow it, but other than that, no need to worry. Google isn't going to crawl at the same intervals as MOZ do, so as long as you are ensuring these links are gone, then you are doing everything you need. -Andy

Looking for content for site
Hey Corn, Definitely try to avoid the copypasta - it is not going to help your readers anyway. My suggestion for some free great content - contact some subject matter experts and see if they would contribute to your site. There are plenty of bloggers and (I am positive) teachers/professors that would be willing to contribute their knowledge...most likely completely free of charge. Doing some proactive outreach could not only yield great and relevant content - its going to help you build brand recognition, potentially improve your inbound link profile, and help pull in new potential visitors (pulling from the influence of your content sources...people love to share their own published work). Best, Christopher

SEO: Directory Listing Help with Two business locations in different states
Hi Morgan! Just to clarify, you are opening a new office in TN but are still maintaining an office in Ohio? Or, are you saying you will no longer have a physical office in Ohio? Please, do be sure to explain this as it matters a great deal. If you are running 2 branches now, with face-to-face contact with your customers, you are entitled to 2 Google+ Local pages - one for each branch. You are also eligible to build a unique set of citations for each of these offices on the various local business data platforms. You are not eligible to build 2 listings per branch on any platform, including Google. Yes, both branches need their own local area code phone numbers. If you will no longer be maintaining an office in Ohio, then you cannot continue to list it in Google and should not have a citation set for it. Rather, after you've moved, you should update your existing Google+ Local page to reflect your new office location and update your other citations accordingly. Hope this helps, but please feel free to provide further details if I've misunderstood any part of your scenario. Also, do refer to the Google guidelines ... they help a ton in matters like these: https://support.google.com/business/answer/3038177?hl=en

SERP Overlay Issue in Firefox
I'm having the same issue. Suddenly all the SERP overlays are missing in search results in Firefox. I cleared cache, History and logins...still didn't fix it. Also I restarted the browser. Chrome is difficult to develop in, so it is not my long term choice. Any idea when this might be fixed?

Page Title (Meta descriptions) length... how strict are you?
I'd tend to agree. It won't harm you to go over, but since no one's going to see it, what's the point, generally. Now, if you feel thinks are being cut off arbitrarily (like the name of a product) and those keywords should be included somehow, fine - go over the limit. You can potentially rank for those terms and they may show up in other places. Some directories, social networks, etc. read the title tags, too. If it's just ego, though, like a long brand name, I'd suggest letting it go. Unless you're a really big brand, it's not going to matter that much, and you're likely to rank for your brand anyway. If the brand is getting cut off, then name recognition won't help your CTR anyway. Usability research definitely shows that people pay much more attention to the front of a headline, and even just the first two words, so even if a longer title "makes sense", people may not care or even see it. So, sometimes, I think we obsess over getting something just right that may not end up mattering that much, practically. Personally, I'd pick a different battle with the client, and maybe just keep a few long that are critically important.

Why would a business want to cap their Adwords budget?
Thanks Jasmine Great answer and one to which I can completely relate. I have been consulting now for approx. five years. One of the things I have found interesting is the degree to which so many businesses hamper their own growth through pointless bureaucracy, internal politics and employees who put their personal career progression above the needs of their employer.

Localising our business to the correct country
Hi Geraldine A client of ours used http://www.regus.fr/ to set up an address in Paris for this purpose and later opened a real office - and a real French company - when sales increased. Regus have offices worldwide see http://www.regus.fr/country-selector.aspx so I imagine that they can help for all countries. I'll add to Gianluca's comments that Google won't be "fooled" by this address into recognising you as a French company. Google checks this through access to company registration databases rather than its own My Business listings. But there are plenty of other advantages in having a My Business listing and Paris would be a good base in France for your site (audience reach). For an e-commerce site, potential clients will be reassured by a local telephone number too. Looking at the French site, I noticed that the HREFLANG is incorrectly implemented. This is more important than the postal address. I strongly suggest you correct that Neil

Issue with Category Ranking on Page 1 vs. Homepage Ranking on Page 2
Robert Hmmm ok - this could possibly be an architectural and/or internal linking issue confusing Google as to which page it should rank. Or maybe it's your keyword targeting on both pages. Would you say the subcategory page is more optimized/focused on the keyword than the homepage?

How long have to wait for Google verification pin?
Just hold fire - it normally takes 2- 3 weeks but I have known it to take a bit longer. If it takes more than another 2-3 weeks, you can always request another to be sent in case it's been lost. -Andy

Https, internal links and page authority
Hey Dan, I just ran a quick report on Screaming Frog's SEO Spider (free & awesome tool btw) - and I am seeing 9 inbound links for this particular page. To add to Jordan's point, OSE may not have crawled those pages yet! While they do an amazing job at discovering links, it is not as powerful as a Google robot. To help them index these links better, I believe they pull from bit.ly - so adding your links there may help improve your OSE accuracy. AHREFs and Majestic are also great spots to check. Hope that helps. Best, Christopher
