Webmaster tools not showing links but Moz OSE is showing links. Why can't I see them in the Google Search Console
So all tools (including Search Console) have different link indexes they're going to show you. That's one reason why you're seeing a difference between tools. The other reason is that Search Console will only show a **sample of your links, not all of them. **To really find all internal links, you should use a crawling tool like Screaming Frog or Xenu then check inlinks and outlinks on your site. I wouldn't rely on Search Console to give as much insight on your internal linking. To get a better understanding about your backlink profile my recommendation is to use a couple of tools (OSE, aHrefs, Majestic, etc) in addition to the data provided in Search Console. Export the backlink data from all sources into Excel, de-dedupe the data (so you're not looking at duplicate links), and that will help you understand your profile a little better. Using multiple tools will be a little on the expensive side, but will give you a much better understanding what's out there. Like Justin said, make sure you have the correct version of your site verified in Search Console. Google will recognize multiple variations as different sites (HTTP/HTTPS/WWW/Non-WWW). You'll also want to set a preferred domain (www vs non-www) to help Google consolidate data.

Weird Indexation Issue
Maybe Google is desperately trying to find a page which is replying within in reasonable delays... Time to first byte is horrible: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/151104_SQ_WXJ/1/details/ Apart from the speed issue - the 301 as proposed by Justin is the best solution; Dirk

Adding Video-Effective Means of Generating Quality Links?
Hi there. Well, just adding a video on a page will not attract any links. It's the same as building super cool looking office. It will make people feel better when they go in, and they might spend a little more time there, but that's it. Internet Marketing is much more than just adding a video, especially link building. If you have like a channel and you are adding videos all the time and they are awesome, you start building audience, following, brand etc., plus add awesome UX&UI, relevant text and image content, also do other types of internet marketing like social media marketing - maybe only then just putting up a video on a website will attract links (but most of them gonna be from current followers anyway). Now, I'd like to say that adding a video is not a bad idea at all, just it don't expect any backlinks by just doing so. Hope this helps.

How to create sites with powerful individual pages to achieve top results.
My pleasure, Azael. That is problem faced by pretty much all small business owners - finding the time to run their business and manage their marketing. This is why many companies budget, if they can, to hire experts to help with the marketing, but other business owners prefer to take the hands-on approach of doing it all themselves or doing it all in-house ... and in the end, that can sometimes be the strongest strategy, because the business owner ends up being educated in totally new ways about his business. Good luck with the work ahead!

Hacked site vs No site
Hi Rich, I cleaned up a clients site using a method similar to what Derk described. The developer basically kept all the site exactly the same, removed infected areas and then let Google know. The vulnerability was in an old plugin. It took 24 hours and the 'this website may be hacked' was removed by Google. I dont think it is as dire as you think as long you have a competent developer.

Hreflang for Canadian web visitors (when their browsers are set to en-us)
Don't have hard evidence - but from my personal perspective: My browser is set to be-nl (Belgium)- when I'm in the Netherlands (nl-nl) I am automatically redirected to google.nl & all the results I get are from the Netherlands (even for international sites were Dutch Belgian versions exist). Browser language will have an impact - but in my opinion proximity will be more important. Dirk

Traffic drop for all clients
Hello In my experience ,year after Year. Traffic always drops down a bit around october, It will drop down even more as we approach Thanks Giving and Christmas and New Years. The holidays can take a toll on personal computer usage as the upcoming spending will draw much attention.. E commerce sites and retail stores websites may see a rise in traffic as consumers shop for that perfect gift for a loved one.. However the end of the Holidays does not automatically bring back all the traffic, It remains little withdrawn until february and some cases march ..Recooperation ,They say...

Fetch and Render misses middle chunk of page
From my experience, several different Javascript and Ajax elements can confuse Google. While you obviously don't want to outright avoid their use, it's always good to have someone knowledgeable sift though any code written externally (like a WP theme or plugin, in your case) to ensure that content is always present, even when it isn't necessarily "called" yet.

Wordpress 'Hide Title' Feature, does this help shorten title length
Hi C Pagan, I work almost exclusively with WordPress and I am very familiar with the Yoast SEO plugin. If your theme has the option to hide titles or you do this with some customization this does not remove the titles from the pages and posts themselves but hides them from being visible to humans not bots and search engines. In Yoast you have to manually set the page title in the admin under settings - general site title. For all pages and posts Yoast will automatically use the page or post title along with the site title so if your page title is Plumbing and your site title is Plumbing NY your page title will be Plumbing - Plumbing NY by default. You must manually change your SEO page titles in the meta box underneath the editor on the individual pages or posts to be what you want them to be. Here you can also specify your focus keyword and the pages description. See image for the meta box yq3d9aT
