GWT Lists URLs with links to my site, but those URLs don't have links to my site
This is likely just a lag issue. I have found GWT's to be very, very slow at reflecting changes such as links that were there and are not anymore. There may have been a link there the last time that page was crawled and GWT just hasn't crawled since the link was removed.

Backlinks from subdomain, can it hurt ranking?
So there were no external links pointing to the subdomain admin.site.com ? If that's the case you could probably just noindex/nofollow the thing or let it 404. You could write an .htaccess rule to rewrite the domain name, but it's actually probably not worth it now that I think about it. The exception, of course, is if the subdomain had external links pointed to it.

Need help with Robots.txt
I would actually add a canonical tag and then handle these using the Parameters section of Search Console. That's why it's there, for exactly this type of site with exactly this issue. https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6080550?hl=en

Panda Penalty Recovery?
If it is Panda then cleaning up the site to make it more useful is your best bet. Make sure the design is clean. Make sure the writing is answering the user's question, and that it's well written. Make sure that the function of the page matches the search query. Fixing these things should result in an eventual improvement in rankings. If you were cloaking, that could be a penalty all by itself. Make sure to fix anything shady, and consider whether non-standard implementations or architecture could have confused Googlebot or made it look like you were trying to manipulate rankings. Check Webmaster tools for any warnings or manual penalties for sure. You can also cross-reference drops in traffic to what others have seen on similar dates to make sure it was Panda.

Youtube SEO Best Practices
Hi there. No, none of SEO related benefits would ever come from what email you use to login or URL in your profile. The way to use YouTube for SEO is actually to use it (surprise here:) for it's intended purposes - create awesome video content, put compelling descriptions, titles and thumbnails for your videos, grow the audience and, eventually, people will remember your brand, and start coming to your website from youtube, which will indirectly influence SEO. Cheers. P.S. Menus and Internal Link Volume Guidelines
I wouldn't be too concerned Google themselves recently said in their webmaster guidelines "Limit the number of links on a page to a reasonable number (a few thousand at most)." Think of it more from a UX perspective, if its good for the user keep it!

Hi I changed my site to https://www.cocaineteskit.co.uk - now unsure
When you specify Https to connect to a website, the actual connection requested by the browser is different. That’s something that you need to set up on your site – and you’re quite correct. The HTML doesn’t need to change for that. Instead of using https on only sensitive parts of your site, you may go ahead and use https for your entire site. This does not affect accessibility or performance in any way and it’s a great way to hedge your bets against future Google algorithm changes. Changing the text “http” to “https” in all of your links that point to other parts of your own site is likely the one technical task you’ll need to do yourself. You should set Up 301 Redirects.

Is it possible to see if Internal Links are in the copy, nav or footer?
I do not think there is another tool at Moz to see where the links are coming from.

Page Authority for localized version of website
Correct. I just confirmed that it is how Mozscape handles the hreflang tag. We do not yet transpose the actual value of the canonical version onto the hreflang variant. You should, in theory, assume the Page Authority of your homepage is identical with the Page Authority of the de.* variant. At least, that appears to be the way in which hreflang is supposed to be handled.

Competitors with duplicate sites for backlinks
Yeah the second batch of sites I listed have been around, or at least displacing our pages, since probably July of last year. I'm waiting for them to be penalised and disappear, but they've recently updated their layout with a responsive design and seem to still be going strong.

Why our website's homepage is not being cached by Google?
It appears that Google is indexing your homepage but simply not keeping a cache. I checked and there doesnt appear to be anything in particular that would prevent Google from caching your page. It is interesting to note that the larger pages on your site in terms of HTML, like your home page are not cached. Maybe that is the issue. I am making a guess here, but I bet if you get rid of those giant base64 encoded images and instead load them externally, you will get your homepage cached. Give it a shot.

Link flow for multiple links to same URL
I totally agree on the focus thing in general - it's not helpful to act with PageRank in mind when it comes to layout decisions etc. But: For large websites (e.g. 100,000 pages and up) crawl rate, indexing and rankings of deeper parts of the site depend heavily on the internal link graph. Taking a deeper look at the internal link graph gives us a lot of useful information in these cases, does it? Now: Think of links sitting in a template that gets used on 50,000 pages. A little change here is likely to cause quite a difference in the internal link graph. For example I've run PageRank simulations with both models on a smaller website with only 1,500 pages / 100,000 links. For many pages, the little difference ends up with 20-30% more or less internal PageRank - for these individual pages, this could be crucial for crawling, indexation and rankings. Still not useful? Since moz runs it's own iterative PR like algorithms: How do you guys handle this with mozRank / mozTrust? Which model leads to better correlations with rankings?

Looking for a small list of sites I can gain backlinks from
I would advise against it since most reputable blogs I would assume have a rel="nofollow" for links when public commenting is allowed. For example Moz has rel="nofollow" on users profile links also. So I would not advise using that as a strategy for creating backlinks.

Product names are defacto identical - How can I modify Title?
Thank you for your reply! No, each page is not for a specific part. We upload the whole car, with photos and some car information. Yes one page equals one car that's being sold for parts. If I add 3-5 words to the title, then the title is too big! The phrace "car parts" in greek alone is 28 characters (we have a terrible language for internet optimazation! :P) But you got me into thinking and maybe I will target a spefific car part for each page, even if the page itself is not only for one part e.g. door or engine. But that will give me more flexibility and also a more spesific keyword targeting. So insted on using "Car parts" at every title. I can rotate through "doors", "engine", "gearbox" etc, and add a decription in the page that we have much more parts for that model.
