The relationship between Google Reviews and SEO?
I'm going to have to disagree with 411. According to Google's Search Raters Guidelines document that was released last year, they're taking into account your site/company's overall reputation. This means they're not only looking at Google Reviews, but third party review/reputation sites as well. It's part of their initiative to improve the quality of results. It doesn't matter how many links you have or how good your site structure and on-page SEO is if the service or product you provide is terrible and gets bad reviews everywhere you look. For a summary of what's in these guidelines, check out this summary: https://moz.com/blog/google-search-quality-raters-guidelines. The whole guidelines document is worth reading, but be sure to check out the Reputation section and the 5 clues of what makes a page low quality in this post.

Do I want backlinks from companies my site has a business relationship with
Hi Luke, Yes you do want those links. I'd rather them being dofollow and only in a single page, such as blog post. Remember to be cautious enough not no be obvious to google. For example, do not make links reciprocal (they give you a link as you give them a link). And of course these links should not be your only links, i believe that you already know that. Best luck. GR.

Global or Local
Hi, I had a website with .com and target market was UK. Site performs well in .com but when I got .co.uk website conversion goes up. As you mentioned above that very little SEO work has done on current website I would suggest you to get .co.uk domain and no need to use 301 redirect in your case ("Its a young company with little or no SEO pedigree, and under 50 external links.). My suggestion is purely based on my experience. Thanks

ZoHo Sales IQ Compared to Hubspot
Thanks for your candid response. What advantages would Hubspot offer over Zoho if the email list was used as a "remarketed list" for Google Adwords? Essentially Adwords would be targeted to a certain segment, in our case about 5,000 businesse tenants in Manhattan that may at some point seek to lease commercial space. The purpose of targeting by list it to avoid paying $35/click for unquallifted traffic. Best, Alan

Disadvantages to Hiding Business Address on Google Places?
As James says, i can see the case where we should hide the address, the self-unimployers usually works at home, and sometimes we don´t want to put our own home, but we must find a solution and put some address to get the most of Google Business

What strategy is better for a multilingual site for the SEO point of view?
Does it make sense to target my Portuguese translation for Brazil to Portugal as well? Or do I create another version of the site that is hreflang=pr so that people that speak Portuguese in other locations throughout the world will at least get a Portuguese translation?

I can not see my google seller ratings anymore. Any ideas?
This URL should show you your ratings: https://www.google.com/shopping/seller?q=ebay.com (just replace ebay with your domain) However, if you haven't met the new threshold for number of reviews to receive the ratings extension, it appears that it does not show you the ratings gathered thus far (unfortunately).

Front page, keyword strategi?
I would avoid single page approach for SEO purposes. Homepage can have some keywords sprinkled on it, but it wont really matter much, Google is far more into topics than keywords alone these days, context. Also, your sub pages that are focused on particular topics/keywords will probably rank far better organically than your homepage for related keywords. So try to treat homepage as a generic landing page, the aim is to grab interest of visitor and have them interact with the site. A good idea is to find your major and well established/budgeted competitors and look up their homepages and see how they treat it, you will probably notice they are not text or keyword heavy or truly optimized in most cases. Try to start with award winning competition websites. awwwards is a good place to start for that and it has categories of business.
