Or you can install the WordPress SEO plugin by Yoast. If I remember well it offers the opportunity to hide the comments RSS (surely to not index it).

Competitive Link Analysis
Hi Crystal, Mike is correct - the Linkscape report will stay the same until there is a new crawl. Sometimes these have been coming in in as little as three or four weeks, and there is lots of effort to make this as fast as possible. Cheers

Purchased domain
Thanks for your comment. The home page for LancasterPA.com isn't in the top 50 for Lancaster Lancaster, PA Lancaster, Pennsylvania Those would be our main keywords. I'll re-think our current structure, but I'd welcome other suggestions. Eventually I'd like to move our other site (www.800PaDutch.com) to this domain, but I first want to make sure there isn't an issue with the home page ranking well.

Backlink booster - boosts and helps to index links?
Not using indexer tools, but what Google expects is a backlink that is truly natural. In my opinion, building my own backlinks by linking sites to other sites through comments, profiles, etc. is not optimal. Unless, you are using a strategy to build PBN (Private Blog Networks) backlinks. If you do it right like Renovasi Otak, in Google's eyes it will look good and very high quality. Because PBN uses natural blog development strategies and has almost no loopholes. Like the difference in IP address, devices, and so on. Remember, that is just my opinion.

WHAT IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF PRODUCING CONTENT
I believe that there's a general misconception of what content is. Infact, people tend to think at is a "written content". But it not so. Video and audio (both better with transcripts), photos, graphics (and infographics), and, yes, written posts are all contents. As Adams said, the secret of succes of any enterprise blog happens when it is able to become a relevant and authoritative voice in its market.

Are a lot auf tag-sites in the index a bad signal for low quality? (Panda Update)
Hi, your are right Google rolled out the Pande Update worldwide, but only in english speaking countries. So here in germany there is not Panda, yet. But it will rolled out soon, for sure. If someone reads this and has actually experience with blogs and indexed Tag-Site before and after the Panda Update, it would be great if you would share the information with me. At this moment I'm thinking about setting all tag-sites to "noindex, follow". That could be a solution / prevention. As far as I understand the "noindex, follow" the internal link-structure shouldn't be hurt because Google follows all links as usual. Is that right? Are there any experience on switching from indexed tags to "noindexed, follow" tag? Did that affects the Ranking in a negativ way? Thank you very much, guys! Oliver

Blog as sub folder or subdomain
"99.9% of the time, if a subfolder will work, it's the best choice for all parties." (http://www.seomoz.org/blog/subdomains-subfolders-and-toplevel-domains). Even though this is a post made in 2006, I don't know of any relevant changes that would alter this advice.

Changing domain extension to detoxify a domain
I personally wouldn't rely on the advice of just one company that 'your domain is toxic' (whatever that might mean). In order to make such a drastic move, I'd first get a second opinion on this, or run the site through some tools. Perhaps the company doing the SEO just isn't capable enough to get your higher rankings? What arguments are they presenting that might be causing the 'toxicity' for your domain?
