Which is best blogging platform from SEO POV?
One more vote for Wordpress. If it's good enough for some of the major SEO companies out there to use as their blogging platform then it's good enough for a little pest control guy like me.

Are post tags on blogs still useful?
One quick aside: categories in WordPress are easier to SEO then tags. Wordpress collects category descriptions. Plugins like All In One SEO Pack can use this info to write a meta description for you. Wordpress doens't collect descriptions for tags so plugins can' use this info to write out a meta description for your tag pages.

In OSE is there a way to see the total number or links coming from each domain?
Hi Jabbate! I know we answered your question through the customer service ticket you submitted, but I thought I'd show it here too in case anyone else had the same question. So, here goes: You can obtain more than 25 links per domain by using our API, which allows you to build your own tools off of our database. If you have an SEOmoz account you can generate credentials there and start playing around instantly. You will need a developer to write some code so that you can make requests for information directly to our database. That developer will probably also need to build you an interface so you can view the results and make sense of them. The API allows you to innovate and build your own tools, or incorporate our data into tools you already have. You can learn more about the API here: http://apiwiki.seomoz.org You can review sample code here:http://apiwiki.seomoz.org/w/page/Sample-Code Let me know if there are any questions!

Another Panda update?
Have you made any changes in response to the Panda updates? Have you removed some of the weaker content or bolstered it? Have you done extra link building? It might be Google correcting themselves, or it could be a number of other things if you have made any of the aforementioned changes to your site. If you think your content really was quality from the start, it very well could be Google correcting themselves.

Panda Update Question - Syndicated Content Vs Copied Content
Whilst we don't have syndicated content on site, we do syndicate out with success. In November last year, google released some new tags for syndicated content although as usual did not go into a great deal of depth as to how it would all work as such. When syndicating out - there are occasions where other sites will outrank us for the same piece, but usually only for about 24 hours or so - and then they tend to pretty rapidly fall by the wayside. Although this is speculation - I would suggest if you have syndicated content on your site, if you cite source and leave the content intact, and include the tags mentioned - you shouldn't see any problems. If you whole site is nothing but syndicated content, you might rank from time to time for a day or so at best for the odd popular piece - but as google crawls it will inevitably detect who published first and credit them accordingly, leaving syndicated content to drop in ranking.

Google Keyword Tool
You can also check out Google Trends: http://www.google.com/trends This will give you data from the past three years or so, but should be viewable in a monthly format. Insights should also work well (like Aran suggested).
