Where to begin (again)
The official answer I provide is to check the SEOmoz resource directory. Based on a bit of feedback I have received it seems many are not happy with that direction. I understand as basically it is a listing of thousands of SEO companies without any particular endorsement. In an effort to not ruffle any feathers I have been offering the recommendations in e-mail but I will go ahead and make one attempt at offering these publicly. In no particular order: 1. Distilled SEOmoz partners with Distilled for SEO consulting. 2. Keyphraseology Lindsay used to lead the SEOmoz consulting team. 3. Alan Bleiweiss Alan was doing SEO before Al Gore invented the internet. He often shares his knowledge and experience here at SEOmoz or speaking at various SEO conferences and his blog. As for me, yes I am presently booked up. I expect to have limited availability beginning in September.

Individual Link Value
I believe that the problem is.... people are spending too much time worrying about the value of a link and not enough time producing something worth linking to.

How fast can Domain Authority be established?
As I feared - there is no straightforward way to predict how fast a website could hypothetically grow their DA, but solid answer. Thanks Ryan.

Facebook Like my website or fan page??
What Adrian said. The Open Graph is "a way to link these." This question should be marked as "Answered."

Query / Discussion on Subdomain and Root domain passing authority etc
I'm pretty sure this won't work....Google will still treat those as separate domains. What I saw 2 years ago was pretty compelling evidence that ZERO domain authority was transferred between subdomains. More recently, I've seen examples where it seems that this has changed a little, and SOME of the domain authority was carried over....not sure how much, but the examples I saw made it seem like it'd be in the 10% to 40% range. Now, let me throw out a suggestion your IT folks might not have thought of: you may be able to appear to host all your content on your www subdomain, even if the content itself is physically hosted on separate servers. All that's required, really, is that the main domain's servers implement reverse proxy for the other domains. Slingshot SEO posted this article on reverse proxies a while back, and it's definitely worth a look.

Link Building strategy between domains I own?
Are the domains owned by the same central agency? i.e. is the registration information identical? Also, are the domains hosted on the same hosting and share the same IP? If either of the above are true i would say the short answer would be "don't do it" If both of the above is false, then i would choose which site you want to have the most authority and send links from all the other sites to that one site. I would avoid crosslinking unnecessarily between all the sites. Overall i would work towards a 'natural' linking structure. Try to find believable reasons to cross link between the sites. If you are talking about elephants on one site in a blog post and you have another site that is all about elephants than that would be an excellent oportunity to crosslink. Do it naturally. I can't emphasize this enough.
