You must have to stop the feed URL like in other words hide your RSS i think that person use RSS method to fetch latest data automatically, so keep checkup the latest backlinks and disallow bad or spamming backlinks using robot.txt

I don't believe there is any reason to wait for an algo update. Especially if your new site has improvements which could help your CWV scores. Google states that they will be using "field data" (from real users, not bots) over a 28-day period to assess CWV. So, if your new site is going to score better, you would want to build up those scores now. That said, if your new site is going to score worse than your current one, you might do well to fix it prior to launching it. There are plenty of tools (both lab data-based and field data-based) to assess your old and new pages. Page Speed Insights is helpful for public-facing pages. Whereas for not-yet-public pages, you might need to resort to using the Audits tab of Chrome Dev Tools, or other tools which allow for authentication, etc.

Hi Brent, I just  took a quick look as a friendly courtesy... To be honest, the list of backlinks pointing to your domain seem pretty suspect in comparison to website's I've been working with over the years. Google may find this suspect as well, though I am not certain, at least at this second. As you know, lots of backlinks can mean a high DA, but DA is simply a Moz metric -- not a Google metric  -- and doesn't automatically equate to high ranks in the SERPs. Beyond this, you may want to make sure that (1) you're set up properly with Google Search Console, (2) you have a sitemap submitted, and (3) you're website is allowing search engines to crawl it. Yes, I meant 301, server-side redirects. Regarding performance, I currently have a little over 50,000 entries in my redirects file with no discernable performance impact. But, different platforms handle differently, and also we have a CDN which caches redirects too, so that could make a difference. I guess the safest approach would be to insert a hundred thousand or more dummy redirect entries into your redirect file, temporarily, and stress test it.

Hello! We do not have an ETA of when links will be added to the Link Index. After being found, newly discovered links have the ability to be populated into our index in about 3 days. However, there are a lot of factors which can affect our ability to find and index links to your site. It's important to note that we are always adding new data to our index, but it may take some time for us to discover backlinks to your site based on factors like crawlability of the referring pages, quality of the links and the referring pages, and more. If you are not seeing links that you know you have, you may want to make sure that they can be indexed. It is also a good idea to check to see if we've indexed the page on which that link is found. If we haven't indexed the referring page yet, you won't see your link in our index. For important pages on your site, it's always important to look after the HTTP status codes especially when they're not in the 2XX range. What I would look at in a case like this is if indeed you're able to find some clues in other tools like Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools. In addition, try mimicking the user agent of Google and figure out in your own browser what the type of response could be.
