Is it OK to have two similar business sites share their Social Media (just one FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)?
From Marketing point of view the existence of two different accounts is proper approach. Wedding has separate niche and therefore must have a separate account, it will be not correct to put wedding content into business account. Business account is full of information dedicated to your organisation, etc. Swamping it with wedding pictures is neither proper nor recommended. When there is a separate wedding account you can upload there wedding info, advices, pictures, share ideas of design, interior, wedding help articles. So it is great to directly target for people from the very wedding account. Business account must share info of your services, how you help brand development and there is no use to place any other info on business account.

Can a rel author tag point to a Google+ business page
That would be rel=publisher but I haven't seen it show up for searches when I'm not signed in to my Google+. Meaning that I believe (no evidence) that it only shows up the company logo when someone who is searching is signed into G+ and already follows the brand. Not 100% on that. You can check to see if rel=publisher is markedup correctly in Google's rich snippets testing tool. http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets I have it for my homepage, http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets?q=www.vzpro.com You'll see half way down the page that there is a place that shows Publisher markup

Whats the best method to tackle website traffic drop?
HI Federico Thanks for that. No I dont buy links and dont have a backlinks strategy. Everything should be natural. Having said that I dont check to see if there are any spammy links linking to me either. I have no manual actions and never have....at the moment im nofollowing more outbound links, deleting signature links from legitimate forums im on (there only a few) and clearing up spammy <alt tags="">which were basically the product of laziness as i have 8 - 10 similar images per post (paintings, photos, illustrations - hard to distinguish)</alt> Any more advice welcome...

What happened with Google+ local review star rating?
Hi TheCTC, You're really on the ball to have noticed this, and I'm actually surprised we haven't had multiple threads on this here in Q&A. This is a known issue, being reported by multiple businesses - both the review thing and the drop in stars. Mike Blumenthal has been covering this. Recommend you read: http://blumenthals.com/blog/2013/12/04/google-reviews-new-quirks/ As to when/how this may be 'fixed', nobody but Google knows, but at least you can know you're not alone in experiencing this fluctuation. Hope this helps!

H1 partially hidden like youtube
I suspect it's not a problem for YouTube, and I doubt Google would penalize a site too much for doing so. That said, in general it would be considered best practice to keep your text visible. If you do need to hide text or include it in popups or slideouts for the sake of usability, that's fine too as long as it's not done to excess. In cases like these I think its best to keep an open mind and experiment if necessary, but I wouldn't expect to see a big difference either way.

Moz doesn’t show the right facebook likes.
According to my experience, it also doesn't add the likes from bitly or other URL shorteners.

Changes to Moz
As Chris stated above, there is nothing currently in place to allow your clients to log in and see their data, they'll have to do with reports. As far as reports go, branded reports are on the horizon for Medium, Large, and Premium subscriptions! https://moz.com/subscriptions

Gravity forms - thoughts?
Hi Matthew- Depending on what you want to do, I've found Gravity forms relatively easy to setup and get working. There are options for conditional field display, splitting up the form into multiple steps, adjusting the CAPTCHA approach, etc that work pretty reliably out of the box. The drawback that I've encountered is that it's not terribly easy to customize the output (get directly to the markup and change it). That may not be an issue for your specific use case, but there have been times where a client was using Gravity Forms and I wished it gave me some more flexibility. On a related note I put a post together which runs through some of the plugins that I've used for Wordpress optimization here (including Gravity Forms) - - http://www.funnelenvy.com/blog/2013/11/20/23-tools-to-optimize-wordpress-for-search-conversions/ Hope this helps. If I redirect based on IP will Google still crawl my international sites if I implement Hreflang
I would not recommend IP based redirects. You can detect and do an initial redirect (with a javascript overlay telling people that you think they are in a specific area), but you'd have to give all users (including Googlebot) the ability to go to the other URLs as well. HREFLANG is not meant for geo-targeting and IP addresses only tell you location. You only need HREFLANG if there are language changes within a country targeted site or universal (not geotargeted) site. Even ignoring that, the HREFLANG would not help if people were always redirected based on IP, so I don't suggest that. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any more questions.

Looking for the best and most affordable hosting service/site for a Wordpress blog?
I've used pagely in the past and liked it, and for Moz subscribers we do have a discount with them at http://moz.com/perks (I have no other connection with them). I personally use Tigertech for my wordpress hosting, and have had good results with them.

Backlinks and Domain Authority
Forum links have little value, so I would not participate just for the links. But if you've something to say, can build your authority as a source of good knowledge. you'd get a weak sniff of link juice and possible referral traffic - and possible linking opportunities elsewhere on the back of that work through relationship building. There is some excellent stuff in here - http://moz.com/community/q/best-to-spend-marketing-budget-on-high-quality-articles-or-link-building-services that might help sculpt your attitude/approach to a strategy. A new site can dance all over the place and stable good rankings are dependent on so many factors including competition architecture content optimisation link profile authority and on...

How to redirect a URL with "ñ" like domain.com/folder-name/name-ñ/ to another URL with ñ?
I don't see why this would be any different than a normal redirect. Is there some problem you are experiencing that I am unaware of? Here are a few methods you can use to redirect URLs.

Dump Penguin Hit Domain
Hi Linda Do NOT redirect - If you set up a redirect you will pass the penalty to the new domain and you will have the exact same results. I suggest you clean the profile and once you see your traffic picking up then do 301. Try to think why you got penalised. Go to webmaster tools and download your latest links - there is a tab and you can select it. Since you were hit with the latest update I would start to check links within the 2 update dates. Disavow those links or try to remove them. I am sure you will pick up. I can have a look for you if you want should you give me the web site url on a PM. Best of luck!
