How can I find page 1 google keyword rankings for a certain page?
SEMRush has a whole load of keyword data on the domain you mentioned. For merchantcircle.com, it's got (at the time of checking) the ranking poisition for 424,216 keywords and the url of the ranking page. (Unfortunately it doesn't have the page that you mentioned.) Looking at the page, there really isn't all that much content, so determining a keyword that the page might plausibly be raning for is pretty easy. A quick look at the <title>and the <h1> does give you a pretty big clue that "Spokane Painting Pros" is the likely target keyword.</p> <p>The Moz Rank Tracker does report that for "Spokane Painting Pros", the specific page mentioned, is ranking at #9, although it can't tell me if the site is getting any organic traffic for that keyword. (Google Webmaster Tools might have some more information on the keyword including impressions and click-throughs)</p></title>

Duplicate Page Content
The contact-us page re-directs to a different URL (about-us/contact-us) but the original source code for just www.handyrealtysa.com/contact-us matches http://www.handyrealtysa.com/community & http://www.handyrealtysa.com/resources which has no content in the main area. While a high percentage can be considered duplicates, our crawler will also take into account the main content area to see if anything matches there as well which in the above links are different outside of the navigation and header.

Question
Hi Doug, Thanks for chipping in your thoughts. The site appears to be still ranking high for several of its target keywords, but it's lost a considerable amount of traffic for longer tail keywords. It doesn't appear that the site is facing any new competitors (Ireland is a small market after-all, and the company hasn't been doing any form of outreach/link building. To me it seems the problem has to be something which was changed on their side, which again brings up the point flagged by Robert about the aggregated reviews. Within WMT there have been no messages received either, and I've checked to see if noindex or robots rules have changed...pages losing tracking code etc..and not noticed any issues there.

Pages with Duplicate Page Content Crawl Diagnostics
Hi There I would; Noindex your tags Set your title templates for the category archives so they end up unique. Hopefully you're using Yoast SEO. So go to SEO->Titles/Meta and click "Other" to get all the variables for the title templates. Play around until you get titles that are unique, not too long, and make sense to read.

Any way to get moz to summarize over different similar domains?
Hi Alex, I get your frustration! It's sort of an unusual situation. Unfortunately, because those are different root domains, our rank trackers lack the logic to combine them in an either/or fashion. As for other services, I'm not aware of any platforms that have this functionality, but it's possible. I'm familiar with Authority Labs, and I don't think they could help. Possibly http://www.advancedwebranking.com/? Regardless, best of luck with your SEO!

Troubled QA Platform - Site Map vs Site Structure
Hi, Thanks for the question. In terms of the two decisions you've outlined, I'd definitely go with number 1. Putting a proper structure in place is essential and it sounds like doing this will remove all of the problems you're seeing with pages not being given enough equity in order to rank. It can also be a bit dangerous to show users one version of the page and crawlers another version. Even though it sounds like you're not being manipulative, the search engines can sometimes think that you're cloaking and penalise you for it. So this is another reason to switch to a proper navigation structure and make it really clean and easy for users and crawlers to get to all pages on the website. I hope that helps! Paddy

I would expect penguin to be sudden. What your problem sounds like to me, is slowly your links are being discounted as google finds them. Do you have a lot of rubbish links?
