How do I view search keyword rankings for NYC only?

I want to view my search ranking analysis for NYC only, rather than globally.

For example, on "keyword rankings" for "laptop screen repair", you say that my site is #19, but when I search from a computer in NYC my site is #4.

Can I configure the "keyword rankings" screen to only show rank in NYC, rather than rank globally?

That is different than your keyword ranking .
No one can say exactly how the two are related for any particular engine.

I don't believe so. However, you can use a third-party service to help track local rankings. One is Serps.

You cannot modify keyword rankings in Moz based on location (other than local domains for country). Google will always modify search results based on your search location - unless you use an advanced search - so Moz's rankings will always be a bit off compared to your localised results.

Remember if you start tracking "laptop screen repair nyc" then you will get that localised keyword for google.com. Kevin is right also, there are other tools out there that do localised data, others include Advanced Web Rankings and Authority Labs.
