Where is the SEOmoz Term Extractor tool, I am not seeing it under Research and Tools

Thanks for the question. Unfortunately the Term Extractor was deprecated ~a year ago. I don't know of any plans to resurface that tool but I would encourage you check the feature request forum here: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-Moz-Feature-Requests for any updated information as new things get developed.
