I am trying to figure out if having the same paragraph on every product would be a bad thing.

I know it would be bad to have the same description on every product, but this isn't a description it is a helpful paragraph stating this:

Having trouble finding the wheelchair part you need? Please call us at 1-800-328-5343 or fill out the (Link)Wheelchair Parts Request Form(Link). One of our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to help you.

Or would it be best to just have the "wheelchair parts request form" Link on every page

Or would it be best to have neither and try putting that in a higher category making it on one page instead of every product page?

It is clearly marketing copy that is there to help the consumer. It's like the logo, navigation and other aspects of the page which are duplicate on every page. So it should not matter. What concerns me in this situation is the location. One thing that comes to mind as a possible solution is: 1. Can you serve this as an image instead of text ? 2. Or can you serve it in an iframe ? Using one of these techniques, you would be able to get rid of any of the SEO impacts of this being duplicate on every product page. I hope this helps.

Keep in mind that with an image, you're taking away from some of the accessibility of the text for anyone with a visual impairment. I don't know if the OP's target market is racing wheelchairs for people with only lower leg impairment who are in their 20s, or if the target market might be one that you should be concerned about having the site be more accessible by a screen reader.

Making this text an image is a great idea, thank you!

Correct but if all the text was left the same size and everything looked the same you just make your own image that looks exactly like that paragraph it would be fine.

That's right Keri and in that case my 2nd recommendation of an iframe might work better. What do you think ?

It's OK to have SOME content that's the same on every page, as long as you also have a substantial amount of unique content (otherwise we'd all get penalized for our header/footer). You may not need to do anything!
