How long will it take for the changes we've made to reflect in Moz OSE spam score data?
you need to wait for the coming updates. As Patrick mentioned MOZ run its update once in a month.

What's the Story on Mozscape Updates?
Thanks for the update, Rand, and good luck on getting Mozscape V2 up and running ASAP. Looking forward to seeing the mustache disappear! -Yair

Reports not up-to-date and competitive analysis
Hi Lara, Sorry for the delay. You're right that the string inverter page definitely has more than 12 internal links. Moz seems to have picked up on the changes now, because OSE shows 50 now. However, even that may not really be all of them because Moz's index was already small, and Rand said it might be getting even smaller soon - see http://moz.com/community/q/what-s-the-story-on-mozscape-updates Hope that helps! Not sure why the data on the reports is stale. Meaning it hasn't been updated since my purchase date. Hard to know if I am making any progress.
Hi, I'm a noobie and I'm seeing the same thing. From what I understand we're supposed to be seeing weekly updates in the dashboard on a weekly basis. The last data I'm seeing is for the week of April 17th-23rd, which is over a week ago. Am I misunderstanding something? Help. Thanks.

What's with Moz continuously pushing back the Index Update date?
Hi, It seems that they are having technical issues - as mentioned by Rand last week on this question http://moz.com/community/q/when-is-ose-updated "Our index is taking much longer to run than expected. We think there may be a hardware or software issues in processing that's having problems. We'll be doing maintenance so we can get back to faster indices ASAP." We'll just have to be patient I guess, Dirk

No back links showing in site explorer but..
site explorer does not crawl the whole internet, could it be that the 2000 are low quality links from obscure sites. I think SE tries to get the best of the web.

Why I am not seeing any inbound link to my website?
Majestic Historic Index shows 207 links from 23 domains. You have links out there but OSE hasn't picked them up. This is mainly a matter of discovery and index size. The OSE index simply is about 10% of Majestic. I had a lengthy reply to Rand about this here: http://moz.com/blog/spam-score-mozs-new-metric-to-measure-penalization-risk#comment-328141 What you're seeing is a combination of having only a few live links and OSE's limits.

When is OSE updated?
Yeah- - we're targeting April 30th right now. Our index is taking much longer to run than expected. We think there may be a hardware or software issues in processing that's having problems. We'll be doing maintenance so we can get back to faster indices ASAP.

404 issues involving Yelp
Hi Sarah. In the bottom right hand corner of this page: http://silodistillery.com/tag/windsor/ you have a list of social icons. The Yelp one contains the link to the 404 page. Cheers!

OSE Links CSV: Download Failed - Server Problem
Hi Jamie! It looks like there was a problem a little earlier today with this. It should be resolved now. Can you give it another go, and email help@moz.com if you're still experiencing any issues? Thanks!

OSE is broken again
I'm so glad to hear that! Please do let me know if you run into any other trouble.

OSE not picking up all internal links?
Doubtful. Running a site:holidayhypermarket.co.uk search in Google returns 10,700 results, plus from the help documentation on OSE it says, "The second thing to keep in mind that the exported data will only include the top 25 pages per linking root domain," from: http://moz.com/help/guides/research-tools/open-site-explorer/top-pages-ose So by design it's not really a tool that's trying to duplicate Google, rather make an actionable scaled down copy of what's going on.

SEO report for specific pages (not just based on keyword analysis)
Hi Andrew http://nibbler.silktide.com/ Use Nibbler! This will do what you want and it doesn't confuse you with too many graphs, it just gives you a 0 - 10 rating and a colour to go off. It will check 5 pages of your site so get everything scoring as close to 10 as possible and then you can just replicate the changes you made across the entire site when your more comfortable with what your doing. Also scan through your site using www.quicksprout.com That ones pretty good as well but Nibbler provides better explanations and instructions.

Why Moz Back links check tool is very Slow compared with other tools?
I'm so sorry! Honestly, your best bet will be to email help@moz.com about the issue. They can look more deeply into it and determine what's going on, and what might need to be done to fix the problem. I'm sure you and they can get this resolved!
