Moz could not crawl my httpS website
I check and seems that your site is OK from mine side - GCE, Amazon EC2 and in Eastern Europe. There are few issues - SSL3, weak DH and files as: https://www.pouyasazan.org/IT-news/25876/css/css/css/css/css/css/css/css/css/css/css/css/css/tooltipster.css (breaking relative and absolute path), also no 404 page because everything return "200 OK" (soft 404). But they isn't critical for your site working and it works. Server works and i just hammering it with many requests. Please contact with Moz on mail here: help@moz.com or fill form there: https://moz.com/help/contact/pro to investigate your situation.

Duplicate Content after Moz Site Audit
Sure thing, Using a canonical only would still let you access mysite.com/index.html and would display that url in the browser. This means 2 things, firstly a user can see this url (and it can look a little messy) if they happen to find their way onto this page and 2, they may link to your website using this url (many people copy and paste links from the browser window). Whilst this isn't a problem as the canonical would pass link juice anyway it makes things a little "messy". A 301 would do exactly the same as the canonical in terms of passing link juice etc but it wouldn't let the user access mysite.com/index.html they would be redirected to mysite.com removing the possibility anyone would see or link to index.html Both solutions fix your problem, one is just a little neater.

What is the full user-agent for rogerbot?
We are having this same issue. I was hoping someone clarified it for you. Did you ever get it sorted out?

The total link figure in our case has suddenly shot up
Hi there! While it is rather peculiar for this statistic to have jumped so rapidly, it looks to be stemming from a more extensive indexing of the site's internal links, which you can see here: https://moz.com/researchtools/ose/comparisons?site=www.propchill.com I can't necessarily speak to why all of those internal links were indexed this time around, but I do hope it helps to clarify where those links were being found!

Open site explorer
Aloha! With respect to the 3 different sets of the homepage's metrics, that would be related to how the pages resolve. If the pages resolve separately (like http://www.sassandgrace.co.uk/ and http://sassandgrace.co.uk/), then their page-specific metrics could be different. So, you could consider creating only a single version of your homepage to help condense these values for the future. As far as links showing up in the index are concerned, there could be a couple of reasons why they're not displayed yet. Our index is updated on a roughly monthly basis, so if your site (or the links pointing to it) are newer, then they likely wouldn't yet be included in our index. Another thing to note is that our index is focused on the most authoritative links we can find. So, I'd recommend focusing your linking efforts towards cultivating quality backlinks from prominent pages of authoritative sites, and you'll likely increase your chances of being indexed by Mozscape!

Mozbot Can Not Crawl Entire Domain
It's caused by the way you have build your site. If you click on redken.com - you get the choice of language. If you select "USA" you're redirected with 302 to redken.com/USA - then with 302 to redken.com/?country=USA then with 302 to redken.com I guess for browsers you store this somewhere (cookie?) - however for a simple bot (like Moz - but I have the same with Screaming Frog) - you just go back where you started = redken.com which again will start the same loop. So - only 4 url's can be crawled. The other countries are on different url's so will not be included in the crawl. Google bot is smarter and acts more like a real browser so will crawl the site - but Mozbot can't do that. rgds Dirk Update - I actually forgot one redirect - redken.com first is redirected with 302 to redken.com/international PS The site is horribly slow as well - and the redirect chain is certainly not helping.

Why is Moz.com saying that none are linking to www.oneworldcetner.eu
Even when the index is updated - it still no guarantee that your links are going to show up. The Moz index is huge - but still only 25% (or less) of the Google index. Check https://moz.com/help/guides/research-tools/open-site-explorer - "Just so you know, here's how we compile our index: We grab the most recent index. We take the top 10 billion URLs with the highest MozRank (with a fixed limit on some of the larger domains). We start crawling from the top down until we've crawled 65,000,000,000 pages (which is about 25% the amount in Google's index). Therefore, if the site is not linked to by one of these seed URLs (or one of the URLs linked to by them in the next update) then it won't show up in our index. Sorry! :(" Other tools may have different approaches - this is why it's a good idea to combine different sources to get a better idea of which links you gained (ahrefs, semrush, moz,...and so on) Dirk

Historic trend line keyword rankings?
I'm not sure how old your campaign is but wouldn't this be: Dashboard > Search > Keyword Rankings > Competition ? For me, I see a comparison chart dating back to July, the start of my Moz campaign. If I click on a particular keyword then I see the report for just myself - not sure it's possible to add competitors to single keywords that way though. I do see the serp report to show me what I'm competing with, though.

Adding Keywords to rank tracker
Hi Katherine, Are you trying to add keywords in the Rank Tracker tool or within your campaigns? I ask because the answer is different between the two sections and the original Q&A post was titled with "Rank Tracker" but was actually about the campaigns. For the Rank Tracker tool, we currently don't offer bulk uploads I'm afraid. In your campaigns, you can use the left side navigation to go to Search>Keyword Rankings>Add & Manage Keywords and then add your bulk list of keywords from the Add Keywords tab there. Here is a screenshot with that navigation highlighted. Here is a link to the Ass & Manage Keywords section of our Help Hub for your reference, as well. I hope this helps! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

How can i start in moz?
Hi Trevor, I started by creating my first campaign. Moz crawls these once a week so the sooner you get this setup the sooner you'll start seeing results. Next, I started asking questions, my first question, ekks almost 4 years ago! Moz is one of the best places on the internet to get solid educated answers about SEO. Though we may have seen the question before, somebody will usually point you in the right direction or give an updated response. Sean pointed out some great links. Starting out I liked going to the tool section and just playing around with tools. This gave me a feeling for what each one did and how I could best use them in my role at my company. Hope it helps and welcome to Moz! Don

How long will it take to get google Analytics results back so I can get rolling?
Hey there! Daily traffic will start appearing after 24 hours. View Search > Traffic from search and change the timeframe to Daily. Once a week has been collected, weekly data will appear in the default view (weekly). Hope this helps!
