Page Authority drop to Zero with new Moz crawl
This thread may shed some light on this issue as you are not alone in seeing a drop in DA since recent Mozscape API (the last one was on the 26th Jan: <a>https://moz.com/products/api/updates).</a> https://moz.com/community/q/is-everybody-seeing-da-pa-drops-after-last-moz-api-update The last post by Staff Member 'Tawny Case' is very informative. You'll see a few other posts throughout the Q & A mentioning this, over the last 3 days. I hope that's of some help to you. All the best.

New verison / update on MozBar. What are the changes from the changes (new additions) from the previous version?
Hi there, We rebuilt the MozBar to be more stable within this version and also added a new feature - On-Page Content Suggestions. This shows ideas for what else you might like to talk about or include on the page you're analysing. I'd recommend taking a look at this post on the Moz Blog for more information about the new feature and for the changes we've made to MozBar in general. I hope this helps!

The Moz Spam Score tells me my site has too few backlinks for such a large site. How many links per page would I need to not trigger this filter and stop appearing spammy?
I would recommend **not**disavowing links that have a spam score of more than 3 in Webmaster Tools. In this video - http://moz.com/blog/understanding-and-applying-mozs-spam-score-metric-whiteboard-friday - Rand specifically says 'don't disavow links just because they have a spam score of 7 or 8'. He mentions a link disavowal issue that Cyrus Sheppard had that really hurt his site for a long time. Doing the disavowal for all links with a 3 could cause serious damage.

On-Page Grader URL inaccessible when copy/pasted but not when edited
Hi Kristina, Thanks for the reply! I think that helps (in the sense I now know how messy our site structure is...). As I think any more conversation will get very site specific, I'll continue this with moz help

Fresh Web Explorer: if you put a keyword in quotes, is it case sensitive?
Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here. Our on-page grading tools such as Page Optimization and On-Page Grader should see keywords regardless of capitalization or not. If you're not seeing that as the case, please open up a support ticket with us by emailing help@moz.com or clicking the blue chat icon on the lower right of the product and be sure to tell us what the URL/Keyword combo is you're optimizing for and we'll be happy to investigate further for you! Thank you, -Kristina

On page grader tool - ip address
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. Unfortunately we do not use a static IP address or range of IP addresses, as we have designed our crawler to have a dynamic approach. This means we use thousands of dynamic IP addresses which will change each time we run a crawl. This approach gives us the best dynamic view of the web, but it can make us incompatible with some servers or hosting providers. The best option I'd be able to suggest would be to identify our crawler by User-agent: rogerbot I apologize for the inconvenience this causes! Sorry I couldn't help you further. If you have more questions or need some clarification, feel free to drop us a line at help@moz.com.

Trying to duplicate Screaming Frog report
Hi Sam! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here. I'm sorry if I'm a bit confused by your questions here. I'm not familiar with a lot of terms outside of what our tools provide, so I may need some additional information from you before I'm able to fully assist here. Our Site Crawl that's available within a Campaign in the Moz Pro tool is going to crawl all pages of your site that it's able to find and crawl and return them within your full Site Crawl report. This report comes in the form of a CSV file. In this Site Crawl report, we will be providing you with information on the HTTP status of the page at the time we crawled it, additionally any other contributing factors that our crawler comes across that we've deemed as important in regards to the overall SEO of your site. Here are all of the factors our crawler considers and will point out for any of your pages if noted on that page: High Priority Issues: Crawl Attempt Errors Duplicate Page Content Title Missing or Empty 5XX Server Error 4XX Server Error Medium Priority Issues: Missing Meta Description Tag Title Element is Too Long Search Engine blocked by robots.txt Duplicate Page Title Title Element is Too Short Meta Refresh Temporary Redirect Low Priority Issues: Long URL In addition to the above issues we'll report back on, we'll also provide the Page Authority, Linking Root Domain Count, Internal and External Link Count if your pages have been included in our Mozscape Index. Additionally Anchor Text, URL Character Count, URL Dynamic Character Count, Title Character Count, Link Count, Redirect URL if one exists, Tag Value, Referrer (what page within your site did we locate a link to the current page we're reporting on), Rel Canonical Tag if one exists, Meta Description Tag, Duplicate Page Content and Duplicate Title if found. You can also check our Site Crawl Help guide on the Help Hub here, too: https://moz.com/help/guides/moz-pro-overview/crawl-diagnostics Does this perhaps get close to answering your question? If there's anything else I can assist with, please don't hesitate to let us know or email help@moz.com for directly messaging with my team here as well. Thank you! -Kristina

Duplicate page content for similar products, but they're not the same.
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. I think I can help explain why these pages are coming up as duplicates. Our tool has a 90% tolerance for duplicate content, which means it will flag any content that has 90% of the same code between pages. This includes all the source code on the page and not just the viewable text, so often it's a matter of finding the best answer for the duplicate pages in question. For instance, often with ecommerce sites, product pages will come up with duplicate content between two colors of the same item, and in that case it's good to use the canonical tag: https://moz.com/learn/seo/canonicalization If there are two versions of the site that exist - for instance, example.com/subfolder and www.example.com/subfolder - you can put in 301 redirects to the correct page: https://moz.com/learn/seo/redirection. If it's just two pages on different subjects but thin content, filling out that content with an extra paragraph or two can help. There are more in-depth explanations of common answers to duplicate content on this page, if you're curious!: https://moz.com/learn/seo/duplicate-content I hope this helps! If you still have questions we can help with, feel free to drop us a line at help@moz.com and we'll do our best to answer them for you!

Editing Keywords in Moz Keyword Tracking Under Campaigns
ok, but you relaize when u add KW via a list it does not give you options
| ScottImageWorks0 -
"Keywords Showing" total doesn't match "Tracked Keywords" total
Hey Madeline! Just to clarify, that 453 number represents the amount of keywords you have left to add. You would want to take 750-453 to find out exactly how many keywords have been used already. Each keyword you add to each campaign will be counted as a separate keyword, and you won't see any added to one campaign show up in another campaign.

Need to solve "Oops our crawlers were unable to access" url for new campaign
Hey there! Sam from Moz's Help Team here! I've taken a look at that URL, and from what I can see it looks like we're running into a 403 error which means that ultimately, access to that URL is forbidden: http://www.screencast.com/t/UbMwIrjuQFG This 403 error is coming directly from your server, so at this point the best thing to do will be to send this information to your client/their web dev. They'll need to make sure our crawler (rogerbot) is whitelisted, so our tools can start working hard for you, and that you aren't blocking AWS (Amazon Web Services) on the server level. I hope this helps - if you have any other questions, feel free to pop a message over to help@moz.com

Am I the only one seeing the Moz's points ranking with mixed rankings?
Yeap, that was my guess too. Even though it's kind of my duty to report these bugs
