  • Hi Tomasz, Loading with a delay may alter the effect of what a tool reports I guess (though the tools may wait until the page is fully loaded/DOM ready or something?), but I don't think it'll solve the issue as such to be honest, as the dupe content would still be on the page. If you don't like the idea of a link opening in a new tab, there's always the option of an iframe I guess, on the relevant tabs? Though it'd be a bit of work to make it responsive.

  • Not really my place to say this... But why not book one of Moz's free onboarding sessions? They'll give you a walk through of all the toolset's features and help you understand the metrics a bit more. Best of all... it's free!

  • Hey there! Our engineers have worked their magic, and we have actually just rolled out a brand new version of the MozBar - you can download it here. It's also recommended to clear your cache & cookies upon reinstalling. So far, we've had reports of great success - if you're still running into trouble after downloading the new version, please pop a message over to help@moz.com so we can collect some details from you about exactly what you're seeing:)

  • Hi there! We do take canonicals into account. Our tool has a 90% tolerance for duplicate content, which means it will flag any content that has 90% of the same code between pages. This includes all the source code on the page and not just the viewable text. If you're seeing duplicate content flagged, it's likely due to issues with how the canonical tags are set up. For more info on canonicalization best practices, check out this article: https://moz.com/learn/seo/canonicalization If you're still unsure why your pages are being flagged, feel free to reach out to us at help@moz.com!

  • We've experienced this issue in the past. Uninstalling the toolbar and reinstalling seemed to fix the problem for us. Otherwise, Kristina provided very detailed and helpful instructions that I am sure will help solve your problem!

  • Hi There, I checked your website, and found following issues : Robots.txt missing (I don't think this is not linked to your problem though) I checked with various tools, it seems that your website HTML code might be a problem http://www.aliciaramirez.com/closing-tags-checker/ The following tags don't seem to be closed: Line 687: Line 719:* Line 720:* Line 720:* Line 728: http://www.freeformatter.com/html-validator.html <header>Is Not Recognized! • Hey there! Tawny from the Customer Support team here! This sounds like a juicy issue, and one I'd love to dive in and help you with! Unfortunately, without being able to take a look at your campaigns and account directly, it's tough to provide specific support for these issues. That said, if you write in to help@moz.com and give us the details of what you're seeing - basically exactly what's in this question - we should be able to help investigate for you.

  • Hi Jason, Like Thomas and Sean, I think a lot of BuzzSumo. It's a product many brands have come to trust for content ideation and insight. I think it has the most value as a tool to see what content types you might want to consider for your vertical, in addition to helping you better discern what competitors are doing that you aren't. For me, BuzzSumo is a great starting place, especially for brands who're eager to nail three key elements of content marketing: What content is performing best across the web, and why? What content is performing best in our vertical? What types of content performs best? I'd certainly recommend giving BuzzSumo a try. It's an excellent product.

  • Hi there! Tawny from the Customer Support team here. You should be able to see Landing pages data for a .no site, as long as you meet the other requirements for Landing Pages data. The page is active on campaigns that are connected to Google Analytics, are tracking keywords within the campaign on the national level, and are using at least one of the Google English-language search engines (identified by “en-XX” in Campaign Settings). In this view, your tracked keywords are now grouped by landing page based on the estimated proportion of traffic they are bringing in for that page. Hope that helps! If you've still got questions, feel free to write in to help@moz.com and we'll do our best to sort you out!

  • Hey there, There are so many factors that could be affecting this - geo-location, search history, the Google account you're using when you browse - all of these things will be personalizing the search results that you see. To get a fairer comparison, either go incognito in a fresh browser window with browser cache/history deleted or use another rank tracker to compare another set of unbiased results. All the best, Sean

  • Jon and Don - I'm having the same problem with my squarespace site at www.headwalldigital.com. Just curious if you found any updates or workarounds? I'd love to be able to use the Moz analysis tools on my own site, as it was the main reason I signed up. Thanks! Lauren
