Rob, As long as you have it set to the root domain (you have to as a default unless you have the sub domain www on it), it won't matter as it will track all sub domains within the root. All is well. Best

While I understand what you are saying, I would say that we have other SAS apps as well. We have some we pay more for and some we pay less. (And we are on the Pro Plus here). I would say give it a chance and see what the vale us for you.  I have employees who go online on this account all of the time to do the work. A couple have non paid accounts as well. They are not allowed to give me a thumbs up and I fire them if they are caught thumbing me down... just kidding. Between the great resources on here, the whiteboard Friday, great youmoz users blog, SEOmoz blog, Q and A that is rocking with quality SEO types, etc. I have learned a ton in a year and a half. Forget about the tools available and the fact there is a concerted effort to keep them updated, the other things are more than worth the fees. Give it a try for a couple of months, if after that it is not worth it, try another. Best

Hi David, My understanding is that SEOmoz rankings do not account for product results. I'd have to check with the engineers to be sure, but I believe these are disregarded. For one thing, they lead to a Google product page instead of an actual search result. Additionally, we haven't figured out a good way to count them. Adam wrote a blog post about including local results in Ranking reports. Alan, At the beginning of each month, any response or reply gets you a point up to 20 points. Once you hit the 20 level you points only come from others giving you a thumbs up, or moz endorsement, or new question that gets good answer or three thumbs, etc. So, hang in there and keep at it. As you give good answers you will get thumbs up. You also can have a quality question (this one has been asked a few times), say something that causes people to really think out of the box or consider a difficult white/black hat issue, etc. Good having you answering, stay at it. Hey Asaf, Thanks for writing in. We have a known issue where Hebrew isn't parsed right by our crawler so it has caused issues in the past. The issues have been intermittent but they can affect the data you see. Sorry about that. Our engineers have been working to get a fix out there for the Hebrew character set, so stay tuned. Best,

Thanks for your help, I have had weird campaign bugs in the past too so I had a feeling that could be the case. I'll try Cyrus' recommendation and hopefully I'll have an answer then. Its great that there are so many people in this community who try to help out with issues like this.

Yes, it is considered duplicate content www.example.com www.example.com/ www.example.com/index.php http://example.com/index.php and so on are all duplicate pages. Provide the link to your website so we can help you out on that. Serge

Yes it is duplicate content, and 2 urls that get to the same page is duplicate content, even upper and lowercase letters. Depending one what server you have, you can force https on the pages you want encrypted. If you have a windows IIS server, it’s a simple checkbox on the SSL page of the IIS control panel. Just browse to the folder you want and select SSL then check the checkbox, If you have another type of server then you will have to have a look for yourself, but I am pretty sure it will be simular. Another way around it is to use a canonical tag.

Hi DotlineSeo, One possible solution to this issue could be the one Fredrik has pointed out. An other solution is to tell search engines which URL are you targeting by adding a rel="canonical" to the header of the index page. This way the one without the / will be targeted.
