Google driving me Nuts - How do you combine 2 accounts?
As far as I know, there's no way to merge accounts. I tried figuring this out recently, but couldn't find a way to make it happen.

Contact ontolo
Hey webfeatseo, I just came across this and I'm pretty sure I spoke with you the other week. For posterity and if other potential SEOs come across this and are interested in Ontolo, I thought I might let folks know how we handle(d) this. We did reverse the charge to your credit card and, if I recall correctly, did so quickly enough that your card may have never been charged. For future reference, any emails sent to support@ontolo.com are almost always responded to within 24 hours, even on the weekends. I looked at our records and didn't see an email. But, again, I believe we spoke on the phone (it was a Sunday evening, in fact) and had it taken care of immediately. As for being charged on the final day of the trial, depending on when you sign up and at what time during the day billing is processed, there is sometimes a slight chance that this can happen. Like I said, though, it's quite uncommon but may have happened here. Finally, we understand that sometimes folks can enter cancelation dates incorrectly into their calendar, forget, etc, and we're quite accommodating with refunds. If anyone else has any questions, please feel free to email me at ben.wills@ontolo.com. Thank you, Ben Wills. CEO, Ontolo

Anyone seen any dramatic changes in SERPs 18th Feb?
After looking into it a bit more, at first I thought it was another panda release as others of late had been on the 18th of the month. From using a few G search operators I've stumbled across a few popular forums where people have been spotting drops of 10-40% since 14th Feb. My opinion would be that the latest algo release that featured an update that integrated Panda into standard crawls could be finding these low quality sites and chewing them up as it browses the net. If my guess is right bad news for some, great for others! Let me know your thoughts?

How to pick an SEO pro?
Hi Proforums, Since your problems have coincided with the change to Drupal, the most important thing is to ensure that the person you engage has a very good grasp of the specific SEO issues and challenges presented by the CMS. One hint for you - if you search SEOmoz (site search, not Q&A) for Drupal, you will find member profiles for at least one member who specializes in SEO for Drupal sites Hope that helps, Sha

Why do most Local Directories turn around and lie and try to steal your clients?
Great, Robert! I'm glad my comment was useful in this way and I hope putting it in writing will at least give you the peace of mind that you are offering written guidance to the clients on this. Your care for their welfare is evident and I applaud that!

Google+ profiles and Rel Author. Extensive question
Just within the past few weeks I've started to see lots of "author photos" showing in the SERPs. A couple people who I trust tell me that they are getting big traffic improvements where their author photo is showing. I still don't have an author page (I don't like to build content on other websites unless I enjoy it or am being paid) but am starting lean towards making one. I think that it is a mistake not to have one. It's on my job list.

Will Search Engines implement timestamps?
You have to deprogram the "bath room wall" their reading out there in Internetland. Been there. Done that. lol Content marketing is probably the most effective from what I've seen. That's for sure. Talk to you later!

Hello, Actually I have bit of doubt. If I create Google plus business page. Will it helpful or effects for my website ranking?
ABSOLUTELY NO SEO effect except if you Googling somone. If you are talking about using it as link building, it wouldn't have an effect. Everything Google does is a no follow. You should watch this WBF of Rand talking about G+. http://www.seomoz.org/blog/why-every-marketer-now-needs-a-google-strategy I would focus on marketing my website to increase its rankings because that is where I make my money. All this social media talk...... that doesn't make me money. It doesn't pay my bills. Yes it makes a little money, but I make more money from mobile search. You only have so much time in the day. Ask yourself these questions: Is Facebook, Twitter, or G+ going to pay your bills? None of those 3 are going to pay my bills the way SEO and Google Adwords do. Sh*t, my Adcenter campaigns make me more money than FB, Twittier and G+ combined. FOCUS ON WHAT WILL MAKE YOU MONEY.

Anyone have any thoughts on Third Tribe?
Take a look at http://www.seobythesea.com/ for nitty-gritty about patents and how they might affect search. I also read http://searchengineland.com/ for their detailed articles and http://www.seroundtable.com/ for breaking news about what people in the forums (especially webmaster help forums) are saying and new features the search engines are implementing.

Node.js for SEO
Node.js is a language that allows you to use JavaScript on the server. if you're familiar with JavaScript, it's usually all executed on the client side, on the browser. As it's all on the server, it won't have any direct impact on the SEO of the site. They list a few users on http://nodejs.org/, like Microsoft, eBay, LinkedIn, and Yahoo!.
