Time Frame for Results
I agree with EGOL. Since you are looking for a specific figure I'll share a 4 - 10 month timeline for achieving results is quite reasonable. That timeline depends on numerous factors which definitely include your client's ability to quickly implement requested changes and produce quality content as per your agreement.

What has this subdomain done to recover from Panda?
My "opinion" is that the website was slightly affected by the Panda update, and than a week or two later it started to gain back it's rankings or traffic. This has been the behavior of many large websites after the first Panda update and it's continous updates, you would see a drop in traffic than couple weeks later it will level back off to it's usual traffic numbers before the Panda update that caused a slight drop. I most likley might be wrong here, but I am just making an assumption from observations I have seen on other websites. Also from my understanding, subdomains are not as powerful as they use to be and are not really favored as much from the new "Panda" update. I believe the preferred site architecture now is using sub-folders. I apologize if any of my statements above are false, and if they are please correct me.

Tool to calculate the number of pages in Google's index?
A good way to know how many pages are indexed in Google is to check the Top Landing Pages in Google Analytics, It gives you a more interesting information than, IMHO, Google WBT itself, because those pages are the pages that actually are indexed and because of that receive traffic. DGgud.jpg

Is publishing a large quantity of content at once a bad idea?
Hey Michelleh, Matt Cutts gives his advice about it in this video about publishing 100 pages at once....

How to find pages hardest hit
I always look for patterns - if I examine X pages and see similar issues, that's a sign that it's a systemic problem. If you are not familiar enough with your own site to know this already, my best recommendation is to take the time to look. Learn your own site. It is very time consuming yet worth every minute.

Hidden Text? Part of the game or a major faux pas?
Major No-No. Most likely they will eventually be found out and knocked down. It is painful to wait for that day to occur, I know. Just write more and better content

Multiple Google Places Listings?
Yah it says it right here. Thanks. I must've missed it when I was reading it earlier: You may create one listing per practitioner, and one listing for the office.

Which link url placement to buy - High PR vs. High PA?
I wouldn't even bother with using PR to judge the value of anything. For a link I'd check it's moz bar stats, age of domain, number of root domains linking in, and where on the site, and on the page you get to have a link... plus how many other links are on that page. I also hope you're not paying too much for a directory link... couple of quid at most

Category pages in forums
Hey Ryan, I think you answered your own question. A wiki type page with links to forums could be pretty useful I feel. Good idea! Compare that to your standard forum category page such as Google's Webmaster Forum. I would not 'noindex' the page either, because you're likely to get a lot of useful links to that page, and could rank for some good queries with it. Would it be possible to expand on your wiki idea, and possible have social type content on the page as well? perhaps for example, you could pull in a couple tweets about each, or something of that nature. Mostly, I'm thinking, how could the page be made more shareable. What do you think?

Are there diminishing returns of keyword stuffing domain names?
Straight from the horses mouth, checkout this video from Google's Matt Cutts: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAWFv43qubI Importantly: "Now if you are still on the fence, let me just give you a bit of color. that we have looked at the rankings and the weights that we give to keyword domains, & some people have complained that we are giving a little too much weight for keywords in domains. So we have been thinking about at adjusting that mix a bit and sort of turning the knob down within the algorithm, so that given 2 different domains it wouldn't necessarily help you as much to have a domain name with a bunch of keywords in it."

How to seo : two domain having exactly the same content
It is a great whiteboard post , actually although the topic they are talking is all about having many sites serving the same content in different languages, while for my question it is about site mirroring (where the site actually server exactly the same content in the same language)... But I am glad that i read this, it seems that if rand was here with us, he would have no problem Geo Locating people by their IP and redirect them to another domain. Yes i know in that friday post, he mentioned that it would cause some of those foreign site un-indexable by google , because google is indexing our site from US. and that is EXACTLY what i want currently http://id.ikt.co.id , i have set the robots.txt to not allow any of its page indexed, and for good measure i have also added a canonical rel on every single page to the http://ikt.co.id version. Sigh, I really would like rand to confirm my conclusion, but it seems like, it is a bit too much to ask him to come here and give me a helping hand (i believe he must be very busy right now, with all of the future conferences coming up) Anyway thanks a lot for your help

Rel Canonical Syntax
To quote W3C draft specification on HTML5 Attributes are placed inside the start tag, and consist of a name and a value, separated by an "=" character. The attribute value can remain unquoted if it doesn't contain spaces or any of " ' ``` = < or >. Otherwise, it has to be quoted using either single or double quotes. The value, along with the "=" character, can be omitted altogether if the value is the empty string. The accepted convention is " but according to the standard both are supported. P.S. Is a version of your site live, if so I would maybe like to blog about it as it is related to what we are doing in baby toddler items (looking at your avatar).
