Spammy backlinks - i have some spammy backlinks in site
I checked out your site in Moz's opensite explorer within their spam analysis feature and you have a few questionable sites linking to your website: sfolimos.com/ , sjcsfooaklimousine.com/ , santaclara-limo.com/ . I would recommend reading how to use Google's disavow link tool and work on building more solid backlinks. If you need to view the websites linking to your site go to Opensite Explorer - > insert your url then click the spam analysis tab and you will get an overview of links pointing to your website. Hope this helps some. sfolimos.com/

Competitor Title, can I use the same???
Honestly, I would avoid using the same titles as a competitor. You want to stand out in the SERPs, not look like everyone else. It is possible to optimize your titles and still make them different enough to catch a searcher's eye.

Moving a lot of pdfs to main site. Worth trying to get them indexed?
Just wanted to +1 EGOL's answer. I would add the PDFs to your sitemap; it shouldn't take much work to index them and they should definitely capture organic traffic.

How to get rid of two 301 redirects?
Hi there, thanks for your question! You've received some good initial responses. Did any help resolve your issue, or are you still trying to sort this out? Please let us know, thanks! Christy

Site traffic/sales have plummeted
Well that's new. I just checked a fetch I did in GWT a few days ago and that wasn't there. The canonical is wrong too. I'll have to get my developer to fix that. Thank you Laura for pointing that out.

Question & Review should be seperate page
No, I would always include the reviews on the same page. Keyword stuffing is one of the most overrated SEO issues + the intention there is way different if you would do it just for stuffing the page. In this case it's user generated content.

Recovering old disallow file?
Have you performed any more disavow processes since? If you have not, simply login to your Search Console and head to the disavow section. https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/disavow-links If you have not added any more, simply click the profile you are working with, and it should open up a box with a link to your most recent added file. See my linked image which shows the pop up. You can then download the text file that you/they added. Hope that helps. If it is an older file, I would suggest talking to google about seeing previous versions of the txt file, that is if they hold onto them. X8nsy5k

Can you expedite the correction of erroneous information on the Knowledge Graph?
Hi Rosemary, Apart from the basic route suggested by Kristen, you might just try this: https://moz.com/community/q/have-you-used-twitter-for-google-my-business-support Hope it helps!

Best Way to Create SEO Content for Multiple, International Websites
I understand that some keywords or phrases may differ in each country. Like stated: centre vs. center. So if some of the keywords differ, then I would see how writing completely different content for each individual site would be necessary. However, some phrases/keywords are still the same in each country. For instance, the company sells desks. Desks are referred to just that in both countries. If I write an in-depth article on desks for the US site, say maybe "100 Desk Ideas" or "The Complete Guide to Desk Ergonomics", should I then not use that same post on UK site (even if the keywords are the same)? If I post the article on both sites, would I pretty much just replicate the same article on the UK site (maybe changing a few words here and there to fit the correct UK vernacular)? Would Google see that as duplicate content? Or would it just be better for the US site to rank that post for that keyword? I'm still just trying to figure out the best method for producing content that doesn't compete with each other, ranks appropriately in its corresponding country, and avoid having to create extra content if we don't need to. The US site still ranks in UK results and gets about 5,000 UK visitors (from a total of 120,000 monthly visitors). While the UK site gets about 3,000 monthly total. The US site has a DA of 33 and the UK a DA of 15. So the US site will even sometimes outrank the UK site even in UK search results and you can see it even brings in more UK traffic. I'm trying to figure out the best way to utilize each site's content.

ECommcerce internal linking structure best practice
Like you mention, the introduction copy on each category page contain naturally placed links down to sub categories and products and should each sub category link back up to the main category page. What we typically recommend is that you concentrate on linking to "on topic" pages. Take a look at what Amazon has done, as their internal link structure has always worked well for them. Each product links to other related products, and products that "others have bought" or viewed.

January 2016: Massive Rankings Fluctuations
I'd take a look at your content. Identify your most popular landing pages and look at the their bounce rates and time on page. Is the content delivering as promised? Has it earned any links? If not, consider deleting, retiring or updating the content with the goal of improving its engagement metrics. I've experimented with this a bit and noticed improvement. Nothing scientific, but it's worth a try. Pick a couple to start and see what happens.

.com or .co.uk
You need to use domain extension most of your clients familiar with. Yes, .com is international and most recognized, but I'd say it only for global brands or sites with no geo targeting or clients in one specific country. In your case, the UK buyers will be more likely to click and visit you, because they all know about .co.uk and more confident to click on "local" sites (more trust). I have a similar situation with two e-commerce sites in France and Russia where same domain name .com redirects to .ru and .fr.

Cache and index page of Mobile site
Interestingly, I was able to access your home page without the redirect several times as well. Maybe they're running some kind of A:B testing? If so, that's not the way I would suggest going about it.
