Hi Alexa! In order to solve problem one, I would choose which domain you want to use (it would be a great idea to use Moz's Open Site Explorer tool to see the domain authority of each of these URLs), and redirect the other URL to the preferred domain. If you don't want to redirect the one website, you could  leave both sites up and running just like it is and use the robots.txt file to stop the search engines from indexing one of the domains. If its possible to avoid a redirect, do. www.corporatesite.com/product/ -> www.consumersite.com/product/ is better than adding a redirect into the chain.

But the biggest problem is that the Google Adwords team, are trying to make ads with some urls , and some Urls are being blocked by Google Adwords. Note: The URLs that are reproved are not on the console search sampling, do not have 404 http status or redirects. Are the final URLs with 200 https Status - Google Support answer - Disapproved ads It seems that the issue is with the URLs. When our system crawled, they resulted in 404 violations Hence, I request you to check Google Webmaster tools to identify the issue. Also, I request you to speak with your development team to identify the issue. Once the issue has been fixed, I kindly ask you to re-submit the ads in the account, which will cause our system to re-review them. About the 404 errors on console. I had already taken the 404 urls sampling console and tracked screaming frog: 246 urls Status 404 303 urls Status 200 459 urls status 301 70% of URLs were corrected, were marked as corrected on console, but Google insists back them to the list.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your site. It appears that you have the two domains due to country targeting? If this is true, I would choose one domain, and 301 redirect the other domain to the one you want to keep. If they have a different weight or authority, then I would check the domain weight to see which is higher. What you don't want to do is potentially redirect a less powerful domain to a weaker one, as that can slow down ranking progress. If you are worried about country targeting, you can add in Language tags into your site and also submit a focus area in webmaster tools. This will also detect the language tags if they are properly installed. Once this process is complete, make sure to fetch the chosen domain in Webmaster Tools to help speed up the indexing of the new domain. Hope this helps!

Thanks Kate...I think this will be our best option for now...differentiate the content as much as we can. I'll refer back to this thread when we're ready to move forward with foreign language pages next year.

If I understand it correctly, you are trying to present different content/navigation to different devices. It is fine from SEO point of view, as long as you are not manipulating the content ( then it would be viewed as cloaking). Changing the markup for navigation isn't a bad thing till the time your links have good SEO friendly URLs. You should take help of Fetch as Google feature to review how spiders will look at your content on mobile/desktop devices. .I hope this helps, Let me know if you have further questions. Thanks for the feedback Martijn. We have decided to  go the JSON-LD as you did. Having both markups on the page caused duplicate products in Google Search Console. We worried that might have negative effects.

I would say it's actually the quality of your domain as a whole not really matching up to theirs. Your competitors seem to do quite well with internal linking. High quality content on a variety of different pages. Whereas you have Lyft on your homepage and another page with very little other than that.

Of course I  The anchor text matters. but at the same time is a lot more money to get an enterprise bitlly account and I would not use  bitlly   for everything. I would use regular redirects

If they crawl the article again, and notice that the anchor text has changed, then it could put up a red flag. Yes, indeed.  I agree with Bernadette. Every site should have some anchor text diversity.  It keeps you from looking like you are trying to manipulate the search engines.  This particular anchor text, which is not exactly what you want, could actually be extremely beneficial if lots of your other links have highly optimized anchor text. I would not tweak this link.  Google is watching.
