Hello Cyrus, After very deep keyword analysis on SEOmoz Keyword Analysis Tool. We set keywords on our different web pages but We are facing the same problem which Jayneel said above Following keywords are not to appear in the SE ranking with targeted URL mobile development company[US] [ http://www.theappguruz.com/ ] -  KD is 50 game development[US] [ http://www.theappguruz.com/game-development ] - KD is 58 Please Let me know what's the reason behind these? After that, it will be easier for us to suggest you the next course of action. But it appears that you need to start with spammy links removal.

Magento is a nightmare for duplicate content. Yoast has some really good solutions http://yoast.com/articles/magento-seo/#advanced

1. Make sure to verify your website in Google Webmaster Tools. 2. Go to the GWT Dashboard -> Health -> Fetch as Google. 3. Enter the homepage of your website in the appearing text box and click "Fetch". 4. Within a few seconds your website should be listed with fetch status "Succes". 5. Click "Submit to index" and select " URL and all linked pages". In less than a few hours your entire website (presuming it has a smooth linking structure) will be indexed to Google.
