Neighborhood links
Hello A Abdahad! Thanks for coming to Q&A with your question. I'm the Local SEO Associate here in the forum and will do my best to answer your question. I believe you are asking where you carpet cleaning company needs to get links from. If so, John Taylor's link is a good resource. Also, I would recommend that you read this article if you located in the USA or the UK: http://searchengineland.com/top-50-citation-sources-for-uk-us-local-businesses-104938 That article, by Myles Anderson, will give you a list of the 50 most common citations sources for local businesses in those two countries. Citations are often referred to as the 'links of Local Search'. Also, you might like to go to GetListed.org and type in your company's name and zip code. This tool will show you some of the places you are already listed, and some of the places you aren't and there are other pages on that site with suggestions of where to list you business. Finally, if you are looking for just regular links, you might look for directories not in those lists that list businesses in your community and you might see if there is something you can do to get local bloggers in your city to take notice of you. And don't forget the important role that building out your website will play in your local rankings. Coincidentally, I have two Local SEO carpet cleaning clients in the United States and we spend a lot of our time writing great articles. This is very, very important. Hope this feedback helps! Miriam

SITEMAP.asp having 10,000 pages
I just want to verify that you're talking about a sitemap for the users, and not the xml sitemap for the search engines to crawl. The sitemap for the search engines can have 50,000 entries in a sitemap, per the specifications at http://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html. One example Ryan Kent likes to use is Verizon's sitemap at http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/sitemap.jsp. They don't have every one of their pages listed, but you can easily find what you are looking for via their sitemap.

URL STRUCTURE & RE-WRITING
Go to Google Keyword Suggestion Tool (first result: http://www.google.com/search?q=google+keyword+suggestion+tool) Type into the keyword list your options. For example, if the service is "electrician" then try... chicago electrician electrician chicago chicago il electrician electrician chicago il Then choose "Only show ideas closely related to my search term" and "exact match" on the left hand side. Run the report. Do this for several cities and, in a spread sheet, determine which ordering gets the most exact match traffic. Use that directory structure for your whole site. I am not sure what "url enforce writer" means.

Ranking for specific pages
You are seeking a fast and easy reply. There is not one. The right answer requires analysis of your niche and site. The quickest answer I can offer is...determine how your site's visitors are most likely to locate your site. Are people most likely to look for Cleaning Supplies then look for a local location? Or are people more likely to look at their local location, for example Chicago businesses, then look up cleaning supplies.
