Well the answer could be if the link in the comment is about the same subject than the article, sometimes "spam" is kind of subjetive matter.

RE: How to answer for question "why xyz site is ranking for abc keyword" and not our website
The are lots of factors, in google more than 200, and the ones we don´t know, Alvin give you the most important in an express audit, but as i said, there are more then 200, how is made your site, links, age of domain, name of domain, end of domain if is .com or country one. Get all the data that you find in your competitor and try to be better in all ways, like: -Amount of content -Quality of content -Better site on page -Links to your site ...

RE: Is it OK to Leave Links in Comments ?
Not silly, it can be good in a linkbuilding strategy te get links nofollow, the links nofollow are important to have 50% nofollow links and 50% follow links to looks a natural linkbuilding to the eyes of google. But the links you can get in the comments in the form to get the link in the username, no in the body of the comment.

RE: Missing Description Tag
Fantastic, always when you need to solve this, usually look in the theme directory you are using, it is where it print the content, and like php developers, the folder "includes" is where the header.php, content.php sidebar.php or footer.php are (or similar), is the folder to put this files to not repeat this code again and again in all urls.

RE: Missing Description Tag
I can´t see what cms you are using (not wordpress, drupal or joomla), probably is in a theme template, in a folder call includes, the file the print the header, probably header.php or something, depends the cms or the structure.

RE: Unnatural Links To Your Site — Impacts Links warning, Should I do something?
What app show you the " "Unnatural Links"?, as Kzysztof says it can be a matter of time, or not. Believe i´m kind of paranoid with linkbuilding.
If you are sure than the links are bad and you can´t eliminate from the site, you can tell google to disallow them.

RE: Disadvantages to Hiding Business Address on Google Places?
As James says, i can see the case where we should hide the address, the self-unimployers usually works at home, and sometimes we don´t want to put our own home, but we must find a solution and put some address to get the most of Google Business

What strategy is better for a multilingual site for the SEO point of view?
Hi everyone, in a case for a site with two languages like spanish and english, how would do you deal with it?
I can see 4 cases, which is better??
1. With differents domains: mydomain.es (for spanish version) and mydomain.com (for english version).
2. With subfolder mydomain.com/es/ and mydomain.com/en/
3. With Subdomain: es.mydomain.com and en.mydomain.com
4 With URL translation (any url is translated in ther languages but not use of subdomain or subfolder): mydominain.com/hola and mydomiain.com/hello
Thanks very much for your answers (i love this forum).
