Thanks but how do I get the amount of deep backlinks (specifically deep ones) that I have to my site?

SEO Administrator for Mac?
Vince, One of the toughest things about switching to a Mac is compatibility issues with SEO software. SEO Administrator, like many other 'SEO' software programs is only compatible with PC. I, personally, use Parallels for these types of issues and to run programs like Xenu, Internet Business Promoter and the like. While I've heard good things about Boot Camp, I find Parallels consistently performs better.

What is a paired listing?
It is kind of hard to figure out with minimal context. Here are my two guesses: Could this be talking about an indented listing, where you have a second result indented under the first listing? Less likely, but could this be discussing some type of reciprocal linking in a directory? If you want more specific advice without disclosing things in public Q&A, you can ask one question a month in private Q&A where only SEOmoz staff and associates can view your question.

Homepage with a lower PR?
I remember several years ago working on a site for my brother, and we did actually have a higher toolbar page rank on a couple of interior pages than we did on the home page. I don't know how you would search for that or why you would want to, however. I can tell you how I believe it happened to this site. My brother had had a personal site that evolved into a business site. He kept his product information on that personal site, and had an oscommerce store set up on the business domain in a subfolder. For years, the home page was just a placeholder, or even a redirect to the subfolder (I can't remember which). We took the business portions of the personal site and redirected them to the appropriate pages and subfolders on the business site. For a while, those pages and subfolders had a higher toolbar PR than the homepage itself did. People linked directly to those product and category pages, and there was the redirect from the personal site, yet the home page had little attention.

What are tier 1, tier 2, tier 3 keywords (pages)?
In addition to Vahe's suggestion, it's possible the terms being used refer to what is also frequently referred to as "the long tail" of search. Tier 1 or "head" terms are search terms with both extremely high search volume and very high competition Tier 2 or "body" terms have lower search volume and competition, and tier 3 or "long tail" terms are those which are so specific they are searched much less frequently, but also there are considerably fewer sites competing for their traffic. Example: tier 1 head term - "SEO" tier 2 body term - "ecommerce SEO specialist" tier 3 long tail term - "SEO specialist for WordPress in Seattle" Note it's not just the # of words in the term that determine it's tier, though usually longer terms will be located farther down. It's more the search volume and amount of competition that determines the classification. There's lots of info on the long tail of search here at SEOMoz and the web in general if you want to get a deeper understanding of it's value. Paul

How do I know which page a link is from
From another post I answered "Maybe XPATH and PHP could get this? I'll point you at this - http://www.css-resources.com/list-a-websites-external-links-alphabetically-using-xpath-and-php.html - but don't ask me how to do it ;)" Maybe ask Richard here - http://www.seomoz.org/q/list-of-links-pointing-out-of-my-site - and see if he found a way
