Looking for a new Web Developer and Graphic Designer - Where to look? Job Description in Post
I've had some great people from Upwork. This could be a job for them. Super easy to use and you can vet them with questions and interview. I did an HTTPS migration - went off without a hitch Some linkbuilding that was great too

Thousands of links - Am I being sabatoged?!
Most likely not. The links may have been created by a 3rd-party bot, a Fiverr project, or something similar that can't be easily traced. The only thing left to do is ask yourself who benefits from the negative SEO attack. Even so, that's likely a large pool of search competitors.

How to increase Page Authority
Great insight again Dirk. So my thoughts here from what you said: Right now you saw that my content and video's are a bit dry and generic. That is very true. I have actually had no time to go in and get deep with it, until now, which I have a plan set out to enrich the content greatly. also, it was interesting that you said that the youtube video had no sound. Does that raise cause for concern to you because it's a video and most films aren't silent anymore? If so, this brings me to a super important question in my mind. A lot of these videos have a lot of views. **This question is for any and all that have knowledge on this subject. **Would you recommend I scrap this one? Or keep it up and shoot another one, but put the better video on it's respective neighborhood page and the other one (Stale one) just keep it out in cyber space? As many of those videos actually do rank. Thanks so much for your Help Dirk and Chris. Much appreciated!!

Looking into content
Hi Veebs, The original page referenced is 404 (gone). I scanned 250 of your pages using Siteliner.com and Screaming Frog. I didn't see any more /self/self/self type links. Do you have another page that is showing the same issue? Thanks, Don

Best way to optimize a real estate subdivision video
No google cannot pick up your voice (or not that we know about!). Here is a great link to have a look at. https://moz.com/blog/building-a-video-seo-strategy I think the answer you looking for though is transcription of your video. If you look at each WBF - Moz transcribe the video and it is beneath the video. google will crawl the written content and that facilitates best seo practices. iframes are nasty for google to crawl so video is a tough one. This is still one of my favourite WBF's and it deals with video. Have a look, I am sure it will set you on the right path. https://moz.com/blog/panda-optimization-whiteboard-friday Hope that assists.

Semi-duplicate content yet authoritative site
Thanks Andy, My thoughts here, as I just answered Russ, is that I will keep two sites (the two best performing ones, but go ahead and add great content to one, and that should help me, right? I ask because the other site that is similar is still getting moderately good traffic and it is a site for one of my other agents so it's not really tied to me, so by making my site better and better, it will make hers less and less similar right?

Deciding on domain
Without looking too deep into it, the authority is most likely coming from the domain level, not the subdomain. So the majority of the authority would only be passed if your particular page was linked to from their domain. If they can link to/301 redirect to your new domain, that would pass most of the authority.

Over the years my website has gone from 9k visits to 2k visits and was curious on why
Hi I thought that there was a good chance that you had been hit by Panda at some point as your site content was so thin and the little content you have could be even considered over-optimised purely there to rank for a term in the search engines. Every time Google brings out an update there are changes to how it looks at sites and even though you haven't been doing anything to yours it could have triggered a penalty as it matched the relevant criteria of the that specific algorithm update. Have a read of these two resources I think you will find them interesting - http://marketingland.com/panda-4-1-changes-content-performance-strategy-103850 and http://www.hmtweb.com/marketing-blog/panda-4-1-analysis/ Don't forget Moz's Google Update History - http://moz.com/google-algorithm-change In terms of your site and how to fix it I would stick with what I suggested originally and make sure you start building a great information resource for visitors - then more will come! Focus on really beefing up that copy on each of your pages. Also consider employing some form of review system and encourage visitors to review the different places hotels, restaurants, etc. Also make sure that you have submitted your XML sitemap URL to Google Webmaster Tools - plugins such as Yoast SEO will automatically update your sitemap when new content is added. Remember Googles aim is to serve the most relevant content for a search term whilst also providing the best user experience. Again I hope this helps

Looking for an SEO
I would recommend that you run your site through the Panguin Tool - http://www.barracuda-digital.co.uk/panguin-tool/ This maps your Google Analytics against the Google Updates to give you a better idea if you have been hurt yet. It also sounds to me that you need to talk to your SEO and see what their complete strategy is - what are they doing on your site to optimise it naturally for terms you are targeting? Have basics such as your page titles, meta descriptions and other on-page factors been systematically optimised? In terms of your off-page what have they been doing to earn you links or has it just been some directory submissions? There needs to be a strategy to strengthen your site and the exposure of your site in order to help gain exposure. Do you get a lot of social interaction on your site? Do you have a content strategy in place? These are just some of the areas that you need to consider in order to start to get a proper SEO/Marketing strategy in place...
