Can i ask what you did to the site to break it up? It might be playing with how Moz is crawling the site.
Another cool tool for content issues is copyscape.com it might be able to give you more data.

So the first thing I did was go to the proper link.
[link removed for privacy reasons]Then I tried going to the /self/self link.. and yep its a valid page.
This tells me that something server side is generating these links. Was hard to do much more then look at the code as you have a pop-up register splash that prevents me from looking at it element by element. Which maybe part of the issue. However you should be able to just put a canonical on each of your pages to the correct url to prevent Moz from seeing all the /self/self/self as duplicate, but more importantly from those pages being indexed incorrectly.

The original page referenced is 404 (gone).
I scanned 250 of your pages using Siteliner.com and Screaming Frog. I didn't see any more /self/self/self type links. Do you have another page that is showing the same issue?
