This is very odd - like Thomas said, the +1s seem legit (in that they exist - not sure if they're actually legitimate). Internet Archive has no history of the site, and it's odd that you have 1,300 +1s but no other social signals. We're not tracking any 301-redirects from other domains, so it must be something historical about the domain. The other possibility is that they were just driving up social signals to make the domain more attractive when they sold it. If you bought it for $10, though, they apparently didn't think that plan through very well.

Anyway, you shouldn't trust in those numbers in terms of correlation with rankings. Those are kind of "old" metrics that Google does uses, but given the other "hundreds" of signals they use you will be able to see sites without any trust, popularity or whatever metric Moz shows ranking above sites with lots of power... Even more now, when many of those "power" sites may have site-wide, or partial penalties of any kind...

I hope this will be of help to you. I would also use 2 other tools I really like check out authoritylabs.com and SERPS.com both are excellent and have the support for multiple languages. I think Moz is #1 however they are very useful in certain circumstances. In a nutshell, your site isn't reporting any authority because Moz's crawler hasn't discovered any links to your site yet. Moz's index doesn't cover the entire web, so you can find site that are new and/or don't have many links don't get included in the Mozscape index. You can find out more about why your site isn't showing any authority here: http://moz.com/help/pro/open-site-explorer-faq For info, Majestic site explorer is showing 155 links from 4 external domains. None of these are particularly strong. Getting (earning) links from more authoritative domains will help Moz discover your site and increase your sites authority in the eyes of google too. A couple of quick observations. Your site is pretty light on content. I would definitely recommend investing in creating more content around your audiences goals, problems, concerns etc. If you become the definitive/trusted resource you'll earn those links. Also, Looking at the site in google, there appeared to be a large margin on the right hand side of the page, pushing the content off the right hand side of the window. I had to scroll across to the right to see it.

My authority domains are not about same thing and they have just authority (with out position on SERP )and i really want to increase my new domain authority.

so the answer is definitely "the certificate needs to be fixed as soon as possible because every day it is not, nobody can get to the site. That will then cause the SEO to fall apart. The longer it's down, the longer it will take for search engines to reset once they devalue the site."
