Bing Cache
There is no search operator, but you can access the cached version in the search results. Just search "url:websiteurl.com" then click the arrow > and it will open up options for the page. There is a link to view the cached version. See the pic below. The site: search operator works just like it does in Google on Bing! H7lv4.png

Sandbox Cached
Also verify that sandbox domain in Google Webmaster Tools and the other search engine webmaster tools. Once you do that, you can remove the site with the URL removal tool.

Linking to Authorities
In my opinion, Linking out to Business/Gov/Local authoritative sites can help built that trust in your brand, in the Eyes of the searcher. and Google will acquire these info about your site too. ( that u do exist and your are legit---> Trust) For example BBB badge, NLA (national Limo association), FAA.gov, Local Chamber of commerce.

Phrase Match
So basically you're asking if Google Adwords and/or MSN Adcenter ignore stop words for the purpose of match types? I've never heard that they do, so I believe that your ad would not show in the examples you gave.

Affiliate for SEO
Tyler, I would not be very worried SEO impact, but it could hurt your brand, etc. Affiliate links typically don't pass link juice, and Google usually doesn't penalize you for bad links, anyway (they usually just discount them).
