Well that's certainly not how that's supposed to look when you're searching. Could you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and see if that helps?

RE: Open Site Explorer Showing Blank Screen
Hi there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here.
Oh dear — that doesn't sound good at all! It's possible that it's a browser-related issue. All our tools are optimized to perform best in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. You might have better luck using one of those browsers.
If you're still running into trouble, please drop us a line at help@moz.com and we'll see if we can figure out why OSE is coming up blank for your searches.

RE: Does "Disallow: /xmlrpc.php" in robots.txt affect moz tools ability to fetch DA?
Hey there, Tawny from Moz's Help Team here.
That Disallow command shouldn't be affecting your DA score; that's calculated based on our own metrics and your backlink profile.
Domain Authority is a score (on a 100-point scale) developed by Moz that predicts how well a website will rank on search engines. It is made up of an aggregate of metrics (MozRank, MozTrust, general link profile, and more) that each have an impact on this score. it can be difficult to directly influence your DA, but one way to move toward increasing it would be to improve your overall SEO. A great place to start with that could be to focus on link building! You can learn more about link building here and get a more detailed explanation of Domain Authority through this resource.
In general, I'd recommend keeping in mind that all of these metrics are relative with respect to the other sites included in our index. The metrics will probably have some additional context when compared to sites similar to your own, including your competitors.
Rand does a great job of breaking down how to interpret DA fluctuations through this post.
I think you've already pinpointed the reason we don't have a DA score of higher than 1 for your site — you're not seeing any link information in our index. If we don't have any linking data for your site, your DA will naturally drop, as a big part of our calculation is unavailable.
Just a few points on how we compile our index:
- We grab the most recent index.
- We take the top 10 billion URLs with the highest MozRank (with a fixed limit on some of the larger domains).
- We start crawling from the top down until we've crawled ~130 billion URLs
The idea here is that we're focusing on the highest-quality links we can find, coming from the most prominent pages of authoritative sites. So, while you may not see every link for a site within our index, we're aiming to report the most valuable ones available!
Most new sites and links will be indexed by our spiders and available in Mozscape and Open Site Explorer within 60 days, but some take even longer for many reasons - including the crawl-ability of sites, the number of inbound links to them, and the depth of pages in subdirectories. This also has the effect of slightly biasing our index in favor of newer links. Links are only cached in the index for around 180 days. After that, unless the tools have a compelling reason to return to your site and the sites linking to yours, re-crawl, and re-index them, those links can fall back out of our index. That doesn't mean they don't exist and aren't out there on the web, just that our tools don't see them anymore.
You can see our most recently updated schedule here as well as some more technical metrics on our Mozscape API Updates page. You can also see when the last and next updates happened on the Open Site Explorer (OSE) homepage at any time.
Since Moz focuses on quality of links over quantity, we are always focused on the most relevant links to display to our users. It's possible that Moz's index will leave out some of the lower-quality (non-link juice providing) links out of our index because of this. So, that might explain why you may see some discrepancies with what other tools may be showing.
You can read more about how we build our index in our guide here.
I know that's a ton of information, so if you've still got questions, feel free to drop us a line at help@moz.com and we'll do our best to sort things out for ya.

RE: How do I disallow crawl on a directory when it's a prefix to my site's URL?
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here.
You'll want to add a robots.txt file for that subdomain, and then add a Disallow command to that robots.txt file. So, using your example, you'd want a file like mediabank.mywebsite.org/robots.txt that had a Disallow command for any robots you don't want crawling that subdomain.
For all user-agents, that would look something like this:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /That would stop any user-agents from crawling any pages on that subdomain.

I hope this helps! If you've still got questions, feel free to send us a note at help@moz.com and we'll do our best to sort things out for you.

RE: Why is Moz Crawling More Pages Than My Site Actually Has?
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here.
It's tough to say without being able to look at your Campaign directly, but I can give you a hint! If you go to All Crawled Pages and download the CSV, Column B is the Referrer URL, the page our crawler was on when it found the link to the page in Column A. You should be able to trace our steps backward to find where all these links are coming from on your site.

I hope that helps! If you're still needing some help, please write in to us at help@moz.com with all the details of your issue, and we'll do our very best to sort things out for ya.
Cheers!

RE: Hi, I want to add a new seat, but I want to restrict them to only 1 of my campaigns. Is this possible? Mucho thanks
I know it's a feature request we've been getting for quite some time yet, but at this moment in time we don't have the ability to limit your seated user's access to specific campaigns.
Sorry about that!I hope it doesn't end up being a dealbreaker for you, but I do understand if this means you need to try out other tools for your needs.

RE: Is there any way to filter by relevancy first and then volume second? Right now I just export the results of keyword explorer and do it offline. It would be great if I could do it online
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here.
Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to filter by two different things at once in Keyword Explorer at the moment, but that's a great feature request! I'll pass this along to the team — maybe it's something we could consider for future updates to the tool.
Thanks for writing in! If there's anything else we can help with, feel free to drop us a line directly to help@moz.com and we'll do our best to sort everything out.

RE: I have just cancelled my pro subscription
Hey there!
Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. I can confirm that your free trial is fully cancelled, and you will not get any charges to your credit card. When you cancel your free trial, you still have access to the tools and all their data for the full 30-day period. After that, your access will end and your card will not be charged.

Hope that helps! If you've still got questions, feel free to write in to help@moz.com and we'll do our best to sort them out for you!

RE: I need to know about Just Discovered Links
You shouldn't need a Feedly account in order for our tools to find those links. It's more likely just a matter of time until our crawler discovers those links.

RE: I need to know about Just Discovered Links
Yep! Looks like it's now https://feedly.com. Sorry about that! Took me by surprise!

RE: How can I get a list of all my sites landing pages with their page authority?
Hi there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here.
Our tools aren't totally set up to give you a full list of all the pages on your site, but if you have the list of URLs you'd like to see Page Authority values for, you can check those by bulk! There actually is a way to do this—it's just a bit technical, and you may need a web developer to help you use it. We have a Mozscape API that can perform calls to check things like Domain and Page Authority in bulk.
You can read more about it in our Help Hub pages, here: https://moz.com/help/guides/moz-api/mozscape
And when you're ready, you can generate a key and get started over here: https://moz.com/products/api/keys
I hope that helps! If you have more questions, feel free to reach out to us at help@moz.com!

RE: I need to know about Just Discovered Links
Hi there, Tawny from Moz's Help Team here!
Thanks for writing in and sorry for the confusion!
All of the links that end up in Just Discovered Links come from tweeted feed.ly links. That is the only source we use to power Just Discovered Links. We get our data for that tool from feed.ly directly, and they can provide us with what the associated full link is, which is how we show the full link in the tool (because the feed.ly version of the link wouldn't be very informative). All of the Just Discovered Links come from URLs that were tweeted as a feed.ly.
I hope that helps provide a bit of clarity! If you have any other questions, feel free to shoot us a note over at help@moz.com and we'll do our best to answer for you!

RE: Inbound links not found in Moz Pro(though they exist)
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here.
I think the reason you're not able to find inbound links for those sites is just what you mentioned: you need a VPN to be able to access the sites with a Japan IP address. Our tools won't be able to get around that IP block, so we won't be able to find links pointing back to those sites.
Sorry about that!If you have any more questions we can help with, feel free to send us a note at help@moz.com and we'll do our best to answer all your questions.

RE: No link to Open Site Explorer from Campaigns tracked keywords?
I hear ya, loud and clear! I'll pass this along to the team as a feature request!

-
RE: No link to Open Site Explorer from Campaigns tracked keywords?
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here.
Whoops! Oh dear. That's an error in our guide. So sorry about that! The URL will take you to the page in question that's ranking for that keyword, not to Open Site Explorer. We'll get that page updated shortly!
So sorry for the confusion there!

RE: Page Authority inherited by domain
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's help team here! I think I can help explain.
The big difference between these two blogs is how much link data we have for them in our Mozscape Index.
Page Authority (PA) is a score developed by Moz that predicts how well a specific page will rank on search engine result pages (SERP). Page Authority scores range from one to 100, with higher scores corresponding to a greater ability to rank.
Page Authority is based on data from the Mozscape web index and includes link counts, MozRank, MozTrust, and dozens of other factors. Like Domain Authority, it uses a machine learning model to identify the algorithm that best correlates with rankings across the thousands of SERPs that we predict against, then produces Page Authority scores using that specific calculation.
In the screenshots you included above, it looks like one blog has all 0s for their MozRank, MozTrust, links to that page, etc., while the other had more significant numbers. I think that helps account for why that site has a higher Page Authority.
I hope that helps! If you've still got questions, feel free to drop us a line at help@moz.com.
