This website will not be full of articles though.. it will be an informational website on the real estate firm, what areas they specialize in, what homes are for sale in these areas, and a normal MLS home search. However, there is a blog section. Would putting up a content relevant to certain areas they service help the SEO campaign along?

Hi all! I'm a bit new to the SEO process. My question is about keywords. Now, I realize that in a perfect world you would want to target one keyword/key phrase per page - or so I've heard. How many keywords/key phrases should I target for my main page?

I'm working on a Dallas real estate firm website. They focus on luxury real estate in Dallas, high rises, ect.. So I was thinking of focusing on "Dallas luxury real estate" for the main page but wasn't sure if I should focus on 2 or 3 other terms for the main page.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Keyword research for on-site SEO and adwords is totally different? How so? Would you not focus on keywords and key phrases that tend to be searched for the most?

I have read the beginners guide to SEO but I'm looking for a push in the right direction for keyword research and how to set up an adwords campaign with your keywords.

The [exact] and "broad" terms have me confused as what to use for key phrases.. Also how many key words/phrases should one use per campaign? Once again, any help would be appreciated.

When doing keyword research for on page SEO do you usually use the same tools when researching Adwords campaign keywords? Such as the MOZ keyword difficulty tool and Google Adword keyword tool?

Hi all, new to SEO MOZ and SEO in general. I'm trying to do some keyword research to choose keywords and keyphrases for on page SEO as well as an Adwords campaign for a real estate agency that focuses on luxury high rise condos and homes in the Dallas area.

My question is, when choosing keywords do you need to include your location in the key phrase?

For instance luxury real estate or dallas luxury real estate?
