Hi,

We do have custom reports that you can create for your campaign. Right now we only have it where it can pull daily or weekly. Good news tho, we are working on adding monthly reports and we hope to have it out by end of Q1! You can create a custom report by clicking the "Custom Report" button on the top right corner in your campaign.

I haven't heard anyone else having this issue with Chrome. You may need to kill your browser and try clearing the cache and cookies to see if that helps.

Hi Catherine,

I looked at your page and it looks like some of your links were called but was not included in your server as well as some other issues. Looks like its getting a 404 from your app cache, sometimes too many errors on a page can come back with 404 errors and still load. Some of the 404's that were listed is:

/includes/js/jplugins/jquery.test.js also returns 404 ( did not add to server)

/includes/img/menu_blog.png is giving a 404 ( did not add image to server)

If you bring up your site in chrome you can right click - inspect elements - refresh - go to network tab. The links with errors will show up in red.

Although our index is large, there are a number of reasons why we may not have data for the page you've requested. These can include:

• Recency of Page Creation:
  Mozscape crawls the web constantly, but we update the index only once every 30-40 days. Thus, pages and links created since the last index update won't be available until we've seen them. A typical timeline for getting a page/site included in Mozscape is 45-60 days, sometimes less for very important or well-linked-to pages.
• Deep Down in the Web:
  Our crawl focuses on a breadth-first approach, and thus we nearly always have content from the homepage of websites, externally linked-to pages and pages higher up in a site's information hierarchy. However, deep pages that are buried beneath many layers of navigation are sometimes missed and it may be several index updates before we catch all of these.
• Blocked Pages:
  If our crawlers or data sources are blocked from reaching your URLs, they may not be included in our index (though links that points to those pages will still be available)
• No Links:
  The URLs seen by Mozscape must be linked-to by other documents on the web or our index will not include them.

You can only do it from PRO right now, so you will need to go to pro.moz.com/campaigns and go to the campaign you want to run the report on. Then you would want to click on reports and add new report. Hope this helps!

Thanks for reaching out to us! I looked at your campaigns and I am not showing where any of your first page keywords outnumber the total number of keywords. Can you be more specific on which campaign it is, if you don't want to submit it on here you can submit a ticket through help@moz.com and we will look further into your issue.
