I need ideas for finding long tail keywords, I do have a few tools that I make use of but I guess I'm just getting the same results as everyone else will be getting.
Ideas please? (And thank you!)
When building dofollow links if the two websites are in different countries is the main authority still passed from the linking site to the destination?
To me it sounds like it could be one of three reasons:-
I would recommend looking at htAccess redirect very useful and flexible.
If the old domains haven't been used for a while it's very unlikely they can pass anything of any value, although you may re-gain a few links from sites that previously linked to the domain
I need to increase the page authority of a specific page, it is a fairly bog standard product with very little scope if any for content generation.
It is indexed and ranking at position 20 or 30.
Any ideas on how to increase the page authority would be very much appreciated.
Has anyone heard of or have any comments on the following company:-
Live Deftsoft Informatics Pvt. Ltd
Looking to use them for some SEO work just wondered if there's any comments?
Thanks
What is the best way to optimise for multiple keywords for the same product?
The situation basically is I have several products which I need to optimise currently only one page, the search terms that relate to the product are in some cases very different.
I've been thinking about publishing an article on LinkedIn and then posting the same article to the news page on the website.
It would be high quality informative and useful but is that likely to cause any duplicate content issues?
Thanks for your reply.
They are definitely low quality and have no relevance whatsoever. I definitely didn't post the myself, so not quite sure how they got there.
I would go with rel=canonical straightaway, robots.txt is a bit harsh for that sort of thing. You could end up delisting yourself
Highly likely the answer is yes, the best way to check is to see if the different URL's are listed.
Personally I would be slow to disavow, there are plenty of options including using a rel=canonical tag (best option) or changing your URL structure.
Interesting article here https://moz.com/learn/seo/duplicate-content
For best results DIM (Do It Manually!)
Joking apart I would stay away from automatic audits, they are often incorrect and can give you a pack of trouble.
I would start by setting yourself out a strategy something like the following:-
By the end of this you should have a good idea of the quality and how far reaching powerful brands are.
Also don't forget social media, although not directly related to SEO it will give you a good idea is to brand reputation.
Hope understood your question correctly, if not please elaborate and see what I can do to help.
I'm in the process of doing a link cleanup (nothing I have done just ended up with them).
I stumbled across one or two doc hosting sites, the domain parameters aren't bad but I don't think they drive any value and they do look a bit dodgy. They mainly only comprise of a little bit of text and Google custom search.
1. Is there any point disavowing?
2. Could it do any harm?
Does Google take any notice of nofollow links, they seem to count for something but don't know how much.
Any experience?
1. Avoid shared hosting (Often very limited resources)
2. I would definitely look at beefy VPS, they are very cost-effective. (Make sure you get a managed solution)
3. Dedicated servers are good, but very expensive.
Aim to hosting the country you want to serve (Yes even though you using a CDN)
As a final note before moving everything over, migrate one of the biggest sites and test thoroughly for performance before moving the rest. When you are migrating and for a few weeks afterwards keep your old service up and running so you can quickly change back to the old location if you have any issues.
Also backup, backup, backup. Everything and at every stage (From bitter experience)
Hope it helps, these suggestions from personal experience.

You are fully agree with Dmitrii also in the ideal scenario I would recommend getting the app re-developed, ramp up the marketing and try to increase profit to fund it.
Some ideas to increase profit are:-
Sorry was in a hurry to get this posted before my tea break
We want to keep an eye on our brands & company for mentions and negative social media activity, also need to keep an eye on competitors.
Not quite so interested in the analytic stage of the moment.
We are busy growing a major brands and haven't got time to do it manually.
Thanks
I need social media monitoring tool, any recommendations?
A short answer is probably yes.
In a bit more detail...
Google hates you requesting/collecting data yourself, especially if you're webpages not secure.
Secondly, the script may be treated as dodgy by some of the big search engines. I.e. potentially obtaining sensitive information.
Thirdly, check there isn't some other form of penalty.
PS. Just found that excellent HTaccess tutorial take a look at http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/redirects/setting-up-a-301-permanent-redirect-via-htaccess
