The way I found them was with a google "site:domain + my-company-name" search so I would think that means they were crawled by google
Not using www was how I performed the search.
I know that Scrapebox is mostly used more mass-spam posting and other blackhat stuff, but does anybody here use it for whitehat purposes? Is it capable of tasks that OSE isn't? Can it be used as a supplement to OSE or vice-versa? I mostly want to know if it's a tool that the experts here would recommend having.
Personally, I'd dump yahoo hosting and have my stuff hosted elsewhere. For less than $40/mo you can get hosting and have access to edit the .htaccess file to your heart's content.
Neither one is better, but whichever one you choose, make sure you remain consistent for your entire site.

Maybe I'm using the tool incorrectly, but my goal is to find as many external backlinks to my site that I can.
There's a user forum that I know for a fact has over 50 pages indexed in google and each of these pages has a link that goes to a unique page on my site, however OSE is indicating this website has only two pages that link to my site. Why isn't it reporting the other 48+ pages?
I have to pay $550 for BBBOnline so you're getting a steal at $325. Make sure the $325 includes the online edition (not just the print edition). I can't say whether the backlink value was worth anything, but from messages that I've read in user forums, I do know that people bought from my site because it had the BBBOnline link so the peace of mind it offers may be worth the $325 itself.
