I hope that you are all having an amazing day and this message finds you well! Unfortunately, it seems that you have run into some of the slightly less awesome aspects of our products. The standard time setting in the dashbaord is set to weekly. The way we collect traffic data is that we make collections every day and compile those collections at the end of the week to form a weekly collection.

Since the dashboard is set to a weekly time frame and we do not have seven days worth of data just yet, it is displayed as a zero. Once seven days have passed you should begin to see traffic data within the dashboard. In the interim though, you can always go to the Traffic from Search section and select the daily time frame to collect all of most recent amazing traffic data. My initial impression of the situation is that this would be an excellent question to email to help@moz.com, because we can easily pass it off to our engineers if it looks like a bug and if the answer is specific to your account there are no privacy concerns.

I hope this message finds you well and you are all enjoying a spectacular day! This is a tricky issue, but the first thing to note is that our crawler is sadly fairly literal. In keyword rankings for example if you have the competitor google.com listed under the root domain and they are currently ranking for the sub domain www.google.com, then our crawler will have some trouble finding the pages.

Due to the volume of requests we make we need to make sure that the sub domains match up before we can report the information properly for competitors.

If you would like to write into help@moz.com a customer service representative should be able to take a look at your campaign. Writing into help@moz.com is also awesome because we can discuss account details outside of a public forum.

Your best bet may be to create a unique campaign for each of the products because the different tools may warrant a much wider range of search terms and other metrics. Your best bet would be to check our super cool webinar series here: https://moz.com/help/guides/getting-started/welcome-webinar.

This may give you some more information on how you would like to attack this particular conundrums, but my recommendation would be to split up the products into distinct campaigns.

Thanks for writing us so there seems to be a few things going on here so if you need any additional clarification please let me know. So Moz will use a dynamic IP, so there is not just one IP we can provide for authentication.

Unfortunately, your best course of action in this case would be to authorize Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; rogerBot/1.0) This would need to be conducted on the hosting level so you would need to work with your current hosting provider for a viable solutions.

Also, you could set up your robots.txt file to disallow all robots except for Google and Rogerbot, unfortunately malicious robots will often ignore robots.txt files, so any long term solutions would need to go through your hosting provider.

I am sorry that we could not provide more assistance on this matter and hopefully the attacks on your site do not last.

Thanks for writing us and I hope this message finds you all amazingly well! While we generally try not to make direct comparisons to competitors, we do love speaking on Moz. Moz is generally excellent because we will actively manage the listing for the course of a year, so edits and to the listing are a part of an annual subscription. After taking a look into Bright Local it seems that they are a monthly service and may have a different policy on edits and changes.

David Mihm does an awesome job of covering some of the advanced reporting available in Moz Local. https://moz.com/blog/announcing-local-reporting

I would review that and hopefully other users who have encountered Bright Local in the past, can better speak to the services they provide.

Thanks for writing us! As a first step when it comes to browsers we generally recommend that you clear your cache and cookies in case something is getting in the way. If that does not resolve the issue the next step would be  disabling all third party extensions except for Moz Bar because there is a chance that one of those could be interfering with your log in.

If neither of these suggestions work I would suggest writing in to help@moz.com and we should be able to provide further assistance.

As Sheena said in the previous response making sure that you are logged into the correct account is always the first step to trouble shooting GA. From here we generally recommend to completely disconnect and reconnect your Google Analytics profile in MA. To do this please follow the instructions provided:

• Head to your campaign settings by clicking the button on the right-hand side of your campaign: http://screencast.com/t/V01YCyARn
  -Click the pencil icon next to the Google Analytics section of the settings page: http://screencast.com/t/TYMEMb4UI
• Disconnect your Google Analytics connection: http://screencast.com/t/psmFgYkOm74R
• Go back to your settings page and click on "connect account." Please make sure you are logged into the GA account that has admin access to the GA profile for the site you are tracking for this campaign.
• Hurray! This should let you grab the most current traffic data!

The Moz Local tool helps to make listing data for a physical business consistent across multiple directories. This tool specifically targets the name, address, phone number, and website for a physical business because consistent data for those things helps sites to rank better in organic searches. The tool also creates listings with our partner directories if a listing for the business doesn't already exist, which helps to make the business more visible. This is all done automatically so it will all be done on this end.

Basically, with Moz Local, it all starts with an existing Google+ Places or Facebook Local page that matches the business name, address, and phone number you are hoping to find in our check listing tool or when you're bulk uploading listing via the CSV upload. If you're not seeing an exact matching business NAP, you may need to make some adjustments on the existing Google+ or Facebook pages to ensure the business NAP matches and to make sure they show up as local business pages.

Once you purchase your listing we publish your listing data to all of our partners for processing—which takes anywhere from a couple of minutes to eight weeks to update.

In this case I would recommend checking out your inbound links to make sure that you no major changes have occurred to the linking structure of your site with our latest index. If you could let me know the URL you are checking out I would be happy to take a look.

We generally prefer to use help@moz.com because if it looks like an issue on our end we can pass it directly up to our engineers. Once we hear word back from them we can provide you with more specific feedback.

This one is a bit tricky because sadly Yelp is outside of our partner range at the moment. You may need to work with them directly to make sure that all the information is super consistent. Hopefully we will be able to continue to expand upon our existing partners but for the moment Yelp is outside of our grasp.

In this case I would recommend updating our feature request forum at https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/23027762-Disavow-upload-for-OSE. Our amazing engineers and developers will peruse through the forums and if there is enough traction we will do what we can to implement it.

As an aside I can see why that'd be really useful, but Google doesn't guarantee they pay attention to disavow requests.   Hopefully with a little bit more love this suggestion can be a big step forward for Moz and the community!

I agree with Nitin that we may need to see a screen capture to get to the bottom of this one. if it looks like an issue on our end I would be happy to pass this on to our engineering staff. Also, it may be the case that this is a rendering issue with your browser so I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies to see if that does the trick.

Thanks for writing us! Unfortunately, while it is true that you can export all of your existing keywords from keyword difficulty with the export CSV here:http://screencast.com/t/DSxnAnpJuGm

This will not be able to include the SERPs within the CSV, downloading all of keywords with SERP's is not possible at the moment because it would sadly put a lot of pressure on the system. Though we may be able to expand our capabilities down the line for the moment this is a bit beyond our capability.
