Effect of Moz Local
Hey there, Sam from Moz's Help Team here! Thanks so much for reaching out! So, in terms of the scores overall - we don't do a very good job of explaining what success looks like with Moz Local, and I apologize for the lack of clarity. When a particular location's Listing & Accuracy scores are sitting above 85%, that location's consistency is incredibly strong! The difference between an Accuracy score of, say, 94 and 100 is basically an imperceptible increase in terms of the SEO benefit. Now the difference between 65 versus 85 has a colossal impact, undoubtably, but scores going above 85% are _slam dunking _on their Local listing consistency already. In those cases, making it up to 100 would have little added effect. Regarding the ranking - the thing to note here is that it is not only listing accuracy that has an impact. There are a number of factors to take into consideration - I'd recommend reviewing this resource we have on Local Search Ranking factors: https://moz.com/local-search-ranking-factors as well as this super helpful blog post: https://moz.com/blog/local-seo-ranking-your-local-business-in-2017 In terms of certain sections of the tool showing you incomplete data - I'd love to dig into this further for you! Could you please pop a message over to help@moz.com along with the name, address and phone number of the listing you're referring to, so we can investigate this further for you and just ensure that everything is running smoothly?

Change in OSE?
Hi Sam, First of all, congrats on the lovely site DON'T PANIC! OSE does not represent live results as it is linked to the Mozscape Index, which updates about once a month (There was on update on Jan 26th and the next one is due around Feb 28th). Discussed here: https://moz.com/help/guides/research-tools/open-site-explorer/updates For latest and pending update information, go here: https://moz.com/products/api/updates If you want to do a quick check to see whether your site is showing for both www and non-www variants, do a search for: **site:sassandgrace.co.uk **(with no spaces) and you'll see what Google has indexed. Interestingly, there is one reference within Google's results for the www. version: **www.sassandgrace.co.uk/blog-detail.html **which is a remnant from development as it contains lorem ipsum text. If the redirects have been created manually it's easy to see why this would be overlooked. Best practice would be to create a global redirect rule from the www to non-www. version of your site. Read this for some solid best practices when dealing with redirects: https://moz.com/learn/seo/redirection You can also indicate that non-www. version is your preferred version of the site in Google Search Console. That stray page aside, I'd have no concerns. Check back in OSE after the next update and see if everything hasn't settled down. Good Luck!

Redirects affect on page and domain authority
Redirects usually don't pass all link juice to the target URL but may in time. You won't get accurate reports on the www version of your site because it's redirecting to the non-www URL, so use this primary URL when running reports with SEO tools. Regarding the number of links, you may find that people generally link to the www version just by habit, and that's why I personally still use this as my primary for most projects. Another thing to do is check Google WMT to make sure both www and non-www properties are listed. You'll then be able to select the preferred domain in site settings. You didn't ask but I'd strongly suggest you go over some PageSpeed and YSlow recommendation. It's very slow and JS heavy, and this is simply bad for all the reasons you already know.

Facebook page has disappeared from moz local
Hi there! I popped into your account to take a look at your Moz Local listing and also found your Facebook page directly on Facebook. From what I can tell, it looks like there's currently no phone number listed on the Facebook page, which is a piece of the NAP that we'd need to be visible on the page in order to associate it with your listing. If you 'd be able to add or surface that on your Facebook page, then we should be able to start picking it up right away. For privacy's sake, I didn't want to give any specifics on the public forum about your business or Facebook page, but if you need any more guidance in this process, you can feel free to shoot us a message over to help@moz.com. Cheers!

Open site explorer
Aloha! With respect to the 3 different sets of the homepage's metrics, that would be related to how the pages resolve. If the pages resolve separately (like http://www.sassandgrace.co.uk/ and http://sassandgrace.co.uk/), then their page-specific metrics could be different. So, you could consider creating only a single version of your homepage to help condense these values for the future. As far as links showing up in the index are concerned, there could be a couple of reasons why they're not displayed yet. Our index is updated on a roughly monthly basis, so if your site (or the links pointing to it) are newer, then they likely wouldn't yet be included in our index. Another thing to note is that our index is focused on the most authoritative links we can find. So, I'd recommend focusing your linking efforts towards cultivating quality backlinks from prominent pages of authoritative sites, and you'll likely increase your chances of being indexed by Mozscape!
