Why did I lose my rankings for a keyword "CRM" even after getting quality backlinks?
Hi Krishna! We'd love an update—did Dmitrii's or Patrick's response(s) help? And if so, would you mind marking one or both responses as a "good answer?" Thanks!

Why are two different pages showing for the same keyword in every alternative day?
Hi Sandeep! If Russ answered your question, mind marking his response as a "Good Answer?" It helps us keep track of things, and it'll give him a few extra MozPoints (less important since he works here, but still).

My website is not ranking for primary keywords in Google
Hi there, I looked at your site, looks good. I also ran your site through I tool I recently discovered (it might be an old tool but still). http://nibbler.silktide.com/en_US/reports/www.clickdesk.com It gives you a report about your site looking at coding, social media accounts and reach, localization features etc. It might not be the best software or not a bible of internet marketing but it does give you quite a interesting view on things. I recently solved a lot of problems with different websites which helped me rank better but internet marketing is not an exact science as you just might know. Hope it helps some Regards Jarno

Suggestions Required to Improve Ranking
Hi, With it having been a manual link penalty, I would say that you need to concentrate on some new quality links, rather than op-page items. However, just make sure you don't fall into any dangerous traps - you don't want to risk any more penalties. -Andy

URL Structure Suggestion
I agree with Rafi, you probably should go for the URL that better coves your message and still follow the SEO guidelines. The 2nd example of the URL follows the following checks and that is why the 2nd option for you is ideal. - The URL length is under limit. - The URL conveys message to the audience and do not contain any special characters. - It does not violate any guidelines. Hope this helps!
