Preferred domain is it importnant you choose one?
Yeah, personally, ReSEOlve, I'd say to search Google and see what it chose, then stick with that. Unless, as Bryan notes, it makes a branding difference to you. But definitely make sure that you get the proper redirects in place once you've chosen one.

Ranking in other countries.
Uhmm.. Are you suggesting that SEO comes down to "just a matter of mentioning it in a blog post"? Man, we are all in the wrong business Of course not! To rank for another country, you need to do every single step of SEO process with a focus on that country. If you are talking about making the same domain rank for several countries, then you gotta do all SEO steps + a ton of technical work to make sure that all your content is not duplicate and targeted. Wix platform
Sounds like he is using a free version of WIX hence the letters and numbers, if he paid the subscription fee and hosting he can pick a unique domain name with no letters/numbers

404 errors
Oh, if they're just pages that are part of a template you're using then you can safely get rid of them without having to redirect. Just make sure you remove all internal links to those deleted pages so you don't end up with 404s.

406 http error
Sound as error with mod_security and it's configuration. You must check in hosting control panel (cPanel/WHM/webmin or other) http error log. There is information what's really happening in execution of this wp-login.php. Unfortunately we can't help you and you need to contact your hosting provider to resolve this.

Keywords that are bold in text
Small on-page changes have the greatest opportunity to be helpful when you compete for a keyword with very little competition. However, as the level of competition increases other factors become so much more important that tweaking text adornments becomes meaningless. This is logical because in very competitive SERPs, searchers are more concerned with content quality, reputation of the company, and other factors of visitor satisfaction, than what's in italics on the page. I don't go through my pages bolding my keywords because I think that it looks distracting to the visitor. However, I do bold in-content link text to call attention to it. Doing that lets the visitor know that I have more information about those topics on other pages of my website. It does lift visitor engagement with those links. That increases my ad revenue and may lift my rankings because of the deeper visitor engagement. One of my employees thinks that it looks "cartoony" and I kind of agree, but I still like the look because I am proud of the content that the visitor will find after clicking the links.

Linking with capitals and lowercase
Do make sure you use the canonical URL in your links, however. You don't want to be linking to several different versions of the same URL.

Do other search engines use meta keywords
Yes there is there are a lot of Search Engines out there and some of the old ones still look for keywords. Some SEO say to use them and some say its a waste, I always find that more is always better. Keywords can always help seeing that you need to know what to market in your text. So if you did the research and have keywords to implement why not add them into the meta. But no Google, Bing and yahoo don't. Joel Newport

https v http is there any difference in rankings what is the best for a online chemist store?
Signed certificates do cost money but it's relatively low if you stick to providers like GoDaddy. Verisign and Thawte are sometimes considered a "better certificate" as the companies carry more clout but most users won't know the difference and you'll certainly pay a difference. https requires more overhead than traditional http because the content has to be encrypted in transit. If you submit data like checkout details, address, name, etc it also has to be decrypted by the server before it can be interpreted. The load is really minimal for most modern servers but it's worth mentioning if you plan to use slower hosting on a high traffic site. It can become a real bottleneck on very high traffic sites as load balancers need to see decrypted traffic which requires the use of an ssl decrypting appliance in front of the load balancer. -- Again most of this probably isn't relevant to you but it bears mentioning. Server(website) ---> encrypted data ---> Your browser -Nick

Anyone looking for a SEO Consultant?
Steve, if you are looking for a full time job, I would suggest you look at inbound.org and other job sites or job aggregation sites like indeed.com for your location. If you are looking for projects/freelance work etc, odesk.com. elance.com etc are your best bet.

Can small business really compete with the fat cats with out a big budget?
I have not had clients for a long time... but if you want to get them in a small community build a small local website that achieves top rankings for some of the queries where you might obtain clients. Then you have something to point at when you call on them. If you go see the autoglass guy, show him that you already have top rankings for "smalltown autoglass" and offer to give him an ad there.... rent him the page.... or help his website get ranked in the local map listings (if they appear for your community). In a small community a site that focuses on small service or retail business is still a viable way to do this. When you build that site and get it ranked you will get the experience and relationships needed to help your clients to success. I would not offer to sell my services unless I already had some experience getting websites ranked in similar SERPs.
