SEOmoz Report: Competitive Domain Analysis
The Moz team has been working to continually index and catalog more links all the time. It's very likely this is just a case where they have more links in the system. (They went from 60 billion URLs up to a whopping 150 billion URLs in just the past update alone, that took place a couple weeks ago).

SEOmoz Dashboard Report: Crawl Diagnostic Summary
If it's isolated to just SEOmoz, I would recommend using the SEOmoz help system (link in upper right) and submitting a ticket. Provide some detail so they know what to look into. Because it doesn't come across as being anything other than a bug or who knows what. It shouldn't fluctuate, as far as I can figure.

Mobile Google Not Indexing Mobile Website
Hi Gemma, I hope this response will be useful to you: it's not quite the same as forcing Google to index the mobile site, but it is highly likely to be the future of mobile SEO. Have you read about HTML5? Basically, HTML5 means that you can present the same content (i.e. the www site) to all users, no matter which devices or browsers they're using, and use style sheets to provide mobile-friendly content. Although this post is about how this could mean the end of "apps" on mobile phones (because web-browsers will be able to deal with the content), this also shows how there is increasingly no need for "mobile versions" of a website, because the one site can handle all browsers: http://www.readwriteweb.com/start/2010/01/html5-is-great-for-mobile.php

Dynamic Links vs Static Links
Agreeing with the previous post adn in addition: If you have dynamic links yor targeted pages get a different PR and anchor text value that can cause a fluctuation in your rankings that can be quite emberrasing i think. If you choose static links you can justify the targetted pages, forward value to those pages that really need them, and you can place your links in the beginning of the text fields so that they forward more pagerank than links in the bottom. I would choose static as I would like to alays kno hich page I am proposing, how and where I am proposing it. In addition to these technical Factors you have a better chance of guiding visitors through related material on your site. Cheers

How often does SEOmoz reports get refreshed?
These are great suggestions Donnie. Donnie and Gemma, the feature forum at http://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums is a great place to put in these requests, as other people can also vote on them and help SEOmoz determine priorities. Thanks!
