Hey Adrian! Definitely keep this all under one roof, as others have said. Focus on building out super content about the different services and you should benefit the overall brand from all this work instead of divvying it up between multiple sites. *Do remember, one location only entitles you to one Google+ Local page, regardless of the number of services offered, unless you have a multi-dentist practice, in which case you can build a Google+ Local page for each practitioner. That scenario can enable you to do interesting things with the categories - optimizing one listing for a certain type of service and another listing for another service, provided you're adhering to the guidelines. Only proviso here is to be aware of historic problems with dealing with doctor/dentist duplicates in Google's system.

Duplicate Pages
As you are using canonical in "http://www.indigolittle.com/fees/" it will not be indexed in google results ( his original version "http://www.indigolittle.com/fee-guide/" will ). Try with "Screaming Frog" to detect duplicate content. Dont worry

Does SEO work?
Thanks for that, i feel inspired! I know it can be done its just sometimes you feel your doing a lot of work and you look at another site and think "there not doing half this stuff, why are they doing so well?" Im of course also looking at other areas/keywords to improve the SEO but as you know most clients get certain terms into there heads that they want to show up for. Thanks for your help.

Where is Schema, Twitter cards and OpenGraph code need?
Hi Adrian, You want OG tags and Twitter card tags to be specific to each page on your site. For instance, pagea.html's tags should relate to that page's content and pageb.html's tags should contain information related to pageb.html's content. On Schema, that is going to be specific to the content...so if you've got a review on your home page and the same review is on a second page, then the same Schema markup might be contained on the home page and on the second page. Hope that helps. Let me know if you need more clarification. Thanks, Matthew

F rated page appearing higher than A rated page
Yes be careful with back links Adrian. If you employ a company with a good reputation, they'll make sure the building blocks for your company link strategy is authoritative, as well as informative for the targeted audience. Google algorithms will penalise poor links for sure. In the last 3 years, Social Media has had a massive impact on link development. Social Media is the future for "authentic" link development.
