I want something like this, so basically if someone searches Car Dealer. That this would appear after the Local Search results. Is this possible for a local business, After the local search results? Or, is it only possible in the local search results not the purely just organic results? I hope that solves it thanks.
Sorry for the text formatting, it won't let me change it.
Hi Miriam, sorry for the confusion. So, do you not think it would be beneficial to have schema for the properties of a place, as it would allow me to show the business reviews rating/ aggregate rating in the search? Basically I want it so when someone searches something relating to a car dealer. That if Google chooses to show my URL then it will be accompanied by the business reviews rating/ aggregate rating in the search. I feel it would help to increase the CTR. I hope that makes sense.
Why does Google recommend schema for local business/ organizations? The reason I ask is I was in Structed Data Testing Tool, and I was running some businesses and organizations through it. Yet every time, it says this "information will not appear as a rich snippet in search results, because it seems to describe an organization. Google does not currently display organization information in rich snippets".
Additionally, many of times when you do search the restaurant or a related query it will still show telephone number and reviews and location. Would it be better to list it as a place, since I want to have its reviews and location show up thanks?
I would be interested to hear what everyone else opinions are on this thanks.
Thanks for the response Keri, I appreciate it.
My question is why do my GWT's links not match up to the ones on Open Site Explorer. I watched John Mueller's video, and he said that they had problems with the link counts recently. After checking my links today, I can see that the problem is fixed, but my link count differs from Open Site Explorer. On Web Master Tools I have 307 links, but on Open Site Explore I have 42. Has anyone dealt with this problem? thanks.

Hi, so iv been searching around the internet, and I have come up with the general consensus that footer links that link to external sites are bad? Can anyone verify this statement? Also when do Footer links become spammy, and what is your opinion on site wide footer links?
I have also read that if you are a bigger brand, that you most likely would be able to get away with some more things(such as, linking to external sites) thanks for your help.
Peter
Okay So, your saying that any keyword after 70 characters are not going to get much weight than in google's eyes.
Here is my question, I know that after 70 characters or a certain pixel width. Google cuts off your title tag in the SERPS. I also know it will still index title tags up to 255 characters I think it is,.
My question is if I have words or characters after the 70 characters limit. will this show up in the search? Or will Google only look at the first 70 characters in terms of relevance? I hope that makes sense thanks.
Peter
Okay thanks Sean, I appreciate it.

So, I have searched around the internet but, I still can't find the answer. What is Keyword Rich Anchor Text? Is it basically just exact matching to the page. For example if my page was www.randonmpage.com would a keyword rich anchor text be randompage? Thanks.
Peter
Okay, so i have read around, and watched Matt Cutts' video on this and read rand's post about this. But, I still have questions; how many times should I use a keyword on a page? I have read for shorter pages 2-3X and 4-6X for longer pages. I know to put it in the url title h1, the first paragraph and sprinkle it around the page. Is it all realtive to how long the content is? or should I just be following the 2-3X and 4-6X rule? Thanks for your help.
Peter
Thanks for your response Irving, I appreciate it.
Hi I had a general question? How many Keywords should I be targeting per Title Tag? I usually use 1-2, and maybe a brand name. I just want to make sure i'm doing it right thanks.
Peter
Hi Guys,
I just had a quick question, is it truly possible to rank number one worldwide/nationally for a keyword phrase these days such as, Computer repair services. I'm not too concerned with the local serps that come up above the fold. I'm just more concerned, if Google is looking to serve more local results into the regular serps listing? I hope that makes sense thanks.
Best,
Peter
Okay, Thanks for your help Vikas, I appreciate it.
Hi everyone,
So, I have some general question's about Title tags. My question's are as follows:
1. If i have a title tag like this 'Commercial bathroom instillation '. Will I show up for Commercial bathroom or Commercial bathroom instillation? The reason I ask is, i'm aiming for Commercial bathroom which has more search volume, but here is where the problem comes in.
If I have Commercial bathroom instillation it is a more compelling title. Ideally i'm aiming for Commercial Bathroom, so im in a bit of a conundrum, as you can see.
2. My second question is if I have 'Bath Review and Shower review' for my title tag. Will I show up for Bath Review individually, and shower review individually, or only when someone search's that exact query? I hope that makes sense thanks.
Peter
Thanks for the answer Matt I appreciate it
