I think the links will still show up- but Google won't be actually counting them/ considering them where your site is concerned. I'd keep the disavow in place. Did you suffer a penalty at all? If so did you submit a reconsideration request explaining what had happened?

If it was my site I would contact Google and express your worries exactly as you have put it above. I'd also ask Google if you should disavow the link pointing to your site, or if they will automatically not count it anyway.

Looking at the backlink profile of the site (albeit briefly) It's clear that this is probably not a very reputable company, I'd definitely contact Google,

I wouldn't advise buying +1's/likes etc as it is not the correct way to grow a genuine fanbase. If the people liking your page aren't genuine they won't help grow your business/ your posts won't be shared to their followers within the industry you are in and will probably not be very successful. It's far better to start out properly and grow a natural, genuine fan base

It isn't free but Link Detox is quite handy for showing links/ showing which links need to be gotten rid of.

I'd be wary of putting this in writing over the internet though. Personally if I was going to do either the over the phone option or the coupon code I'd do the over the phone option. It seems less 'traceable' to me.

As for retaining your clients in your social media community, I don't really think it matters if you can't see their names as they can just as easily stop following you whether or not you have access to see whether they are following you. I suppose this is just a chance you'd have to take.
