(1) Some reports don't take into account the Rel=canonical tag even though its there but it seems good to me. (2) I would recommend a 301 for an /index page to your domain (www.davidclick.com) instead of a canonical tag.

Hi, While asking question or responding to any query, you can see a "+Add Image or Video URLs" link at the bottom of the box. Though, seomoz do no accept the images directly so first you can upload those image at some url for e.g. yourwebsite.com./seomozquestion/images/query.jpg or you can also upload those images at imgur.com and can add that URL. Hope it helps.

look at your site performance report in google webmaster tools. all tools reports results differ, at the end of the day it's what Google sees that matters. use the pingdom type tools to identify things to fix to increase performance, use Google's wmt as the gauge to see if your changes are making a positive impact, takes a few days to see the speed report update itself.

You can also jump in to Google Webmasters tools and try to fetch the page as Google : that way you can see if that page can be crawled update : You seem to have www.sandersonweatherall.co.uk/office-to-let/Leeds/ and www.sandersonweatherall.co.uk/office-to-let-leeds/ and you could type in nay thing at the end of http://www.sandersonweatherall.co.uk/office-to-let/ and the site throws out a page http://www.sandersonweatherall.co.uk/office-to-let/fghfghfghfgh/ ( i did not add a live link as i did not want that page to show up in the SERP ) not a good sign mate .

Another possible way is adding your site in Google Webmaster Tools and submit your sitemap.xml in Optimization->Sitemaps section. You will see count of submitted urls and indexed urls.
